It’s funny how some of the shops in Croydon have now added the word ‘outlet’ to their name, in an attempt to sound cheap. Next outlet, Shoeaholic outlet, factory outlet.
It looks exactly like the outskirts of central Amsterdam (besides the red buses). You get tour buses other colours though. They even have the same trams - there's are blue. Side streets, architecture, road layout. Identical.
I heard East Croydon looked quite aesthetic at night with all of the beauty lights, I would recommend a night stroll through Croydon. It looks incredible.
I'm hoping that Popeyes ,when open, makes food at least half as good as their American 'parents'! The Whitgift Centre has so sadly been left to rot. It used to be the main shopping area of Croydon.
