I'm really interested in this but haven't looked very deeply yet. You mention the config needs a desired moisture level. When will this start watering? Whenever it's below that value? I was thinking about using it with pepper plants, but they need to dry out sometimes and then get watered to a certain amount.
just wanted to give an update that might be useful to know : be aware that these tiny pumps do not withstand hydrostatic pressure, so a) do not place your plants *lower* than the water tank or you will flood your plants or b) additionally use valves to prevent that. (let's say i discovered that 'experimentally' for science's sake...)

Deleted the old link to the pumps since I ordered 30 pieces of which 10 were for air. "New links in the video description". 3. I am working with Crowd Supply. Even if I do not reach the goal, I will order an assembly service. So be patient it can take a little bit more time.

With the money pledged, you might be able to set milestones like getting your own 3d printer or even ordering custom housing/parts from machine shops, hiring a graphic designer to make a product video, working with distribution chains to get the product into stores or just setting up an amazon FBA account...:) Also needless to say, I'm very interested! Great job, that's super cool!

Thanks, There is nothing complicated or interesting in the schematic, a pair of MOSFETs and pull-down resistors, for this reason, I did not think it necessary to share it. Plus I didn't make it pretty :)

Thanks. any good quality 5v 2-3.5A power adapter with Plug DC-005 2.0. The programming port is a 3x1 Pin header UART "note populated". Today I will add instructions to GitHub
Hello! I am very intrigued by your setup. I am curious if it possible to use the Miflorasensors I already have integrated into home assistant as the inputs for and then create automations within home assistant to control your relay. I really like how many independent channels it can control as I would like to automatically water 10 plants in two rooms each.

@@MBonaccors If you do not remove the extra code that you do not use "like sensors" they will be visible in the home assistant, but it doesn't affect functionality. if you will be using other humidity sensors and want to automate irrigation process with Home assistant, you need to remove or change the code, from line 232. Hi, Crowd Supply accepted my project, But after I found out what needs to be done...., I canceled the project on Crowd Supply. And I decided not to order assembly in China, so I bought a good PnP machine, a Reflow oven. Already installed an inventory management system "I have more than 250 different SMD components in stock", made a website for sales, made a test rig, almost everything is ready, It remains to modify a little bit the reflow oven. I think If I assemble it myself quality control will be better and in case of a problem, I can react faster. ps: At my main job, I solder over 100 boards a day. So with my experience, I don't think there will be any problems.

@@klauskinski7614 Unfortunately, I don't have a Pick a Place machine yet, to reduce the price of production and imports I am in France. Approximately the price it turns out somewhere around 65 Euro if you want me to have something left for my labors and time. Of course, for many, it will be expensive. But do not forget that everything is honest all files will be available after the last check, Gotta get the v3 expansion boards (25/01/2022). And those who think that the price is high can assemble it themselves easily!!! and save ~22 euros. About 50 people wrote what they want to buy, probably real buyers 35, as you see, this is not mass production, there is only 1 way to reduce the price, assemble everything by hand.
@@quannguyentheminh3507 You can use a relay with multiple stages and switch between sources, but it's not worth it, or you can use "Analog To Digital Converters MCP3208", I think the smarter choice will be using esp32 if a couple of inputs are enough.
Is your plan to sell only the populated pcbs? Then people can print and assemble the whole thing. In other words no smd soldering? Or was your plan whole kit including case and everything?

Hi, the SMD side is finished, left to do manual soldering "through hole components". In general, it remains to solder the connectors and check for operability. Bought a lot of equipment for future productions. in the future, this will allow me to do "PCB assembly" quickly several times. The problem is that there are only 24 hours in one day, Overtime at my main job. don't leave me much time for my favorite things.

it's a good idea to be self-sufficient. Probably suitable for you is a Timer-Based system.
