There's a rumour about a new company name Davolink. People from the industry said that MHJ already sign a contract with that company. That company have ties with Kakao & SM. Just recently around 80 SM employees were transfer to that company, & 1 of Newjeans members uncle were rumoured to be going to be 1 of that company new exec. But bcz the news about MHJ sign the contract with them & 1 of Newjeans uncle identity got leaked as 1 of Davolink new exec, that company immediately change all the name of their new exec list.
With the release of ILLIT and NewJeans blueprints and them being similar, as well as the internal report, I as well thought that this would be used as evidence. Granted, the internal report thing could be spun so many ways so the only real evidence would be whatever else they bring and the similarities between the two plans. However, Ador has responded saying that they are doing their best to resolve the issues so they might be fixing the leaked trainee videos thing or the apology but it literally could be anything
Those circle layouts are a template in the software that Hybe uses - not created for a particular group. I think Ador has been playing nice with them, just waiting for the girls to decide to either seperate from their "mother" or go down with her. If they terminate, the company will show the court everything they've done to make the girls happy to prove that they're unreasonable.

In this mess, HYBE is in their right if they want to be “ruthless” as you mention as NJ are being completely unreasonable. If I was in HYBE’s position I would not forgive them because what MHJ and now NJ have done is pure betrayal. It is not a question of how big HYBE is at this point, but rather a question of proving that a contract is a contract and that if HYBE lets go of NJ without fighting that would signal they are weak and they cannot afford that. They have to fight for their sake but also for the sake of all the labels under them and the artists. Regarding NJ’s allegations…you cannot convince me that having someone say « ignore her » is bullying, nor mistreatment. I have been bullied and while I agree that being ignored is not pleasant, it is not abuse and it just downplays the allegations of other idols who really are bullied and abused. They have become delusional and entitled. You talk about « power imbalance » but I think what is important here is integrity. HYBE is no angel, but MHJ and NJs have proven they have no integrity and they lack professionalism. NJ would have been able to save their career even after the whole MHJ debacle, but now I don’t have much hope for them. With the release of ILLIT and NewJeans blueprints and them being similar, as well as the internal report, I as well thought that this would be used as evidence. Granted, the internal report thing could be spun so many ways so the only real evidence would be whatever else they bring and the similarities between the two plans. However, Ador has responded saying that they are doing their best to resolve the issues so they might be fixing the leaked trainee videos thing or the apology but it literally could be anything
Those circle layouts are a template in the software that Hybe uses - not created for a particular group. I think Ador has been playing nice with them, just waiting for the girls to decide to either seperate from their "mother" or go down with her. If they terminate, the company will show the court everything they've done to make the girls happy to prove that they're unreasonable.

If they are doing what they are doing, it's probably because they have a reason to do so, especially after what happened with Hybe in these days, we actually don't know anything about the behind the scene, and these leaked documents are the proof of that.
So yeah, maybe they did a bold decision, but let's take this into another prospective: do you really think that staying with Ador/Hybe with how the things are right now, it would benefit them in any possible ways? I personally don't think so.
They are walking on eggshells, both directions have concequences, it's up to them to decide their future.
Also, sidenote: please, quit taking side of that bullsh*t company, like you can agree or disagree witht NJ decision, but quit acting like Hybe is a freaking fairyland, because it's not.

If things behind the scenes are actually worse for them than they claim them to be and they've just been bringing up the most irrelevant stuff while trying to push themselves into this victim-narrative, if there is actually more to it than just these pathetic claims of mistreatment, then we'll find out, once the trial starts and they give in all their evidence. Though I am quite certain that that's pretty much all there is to it.
I think it's pretty laughable the way you guys try to cling onto this idea, that in reality there is way more happening to Newjeans that would warrent this behavior, it just reveals that even you know their claims are baseless and delusional and by far not enough to justify their recent entitlement and outcries.
At the end of the day, people, as have I, can only create their opinions based on all the information we have from all different parties, which includes Mhj, the members of NJ, their parents and Hybe's and Ador's executives.
Hopefully they actually try to get out of their contracts, so you too will see, that the only thing they're doing is repeating the delusions of a narcissist. It's a very bad look. You can't blame people for feeling frustrated with them.
@chaaae5463 Because when you have things that are worse that the actual ones that they explained in the livestream, you won't just go live and say these "more serious stuff" just like it's nothing, you need actual proofs of that for something more serious than the manager thing and getting ignored by higher-ups, it's different, this is my opinion. So if they go to court we will see what happen there.
I'm not clinging into anything, you choose who you want to believe, so do I, and if you allow me, I prefer to believe them and not the company.
It's more laughable how some people are still siding with Hybe (in general) after all the things that got leaked. That's more disturbing to me, than me or anybody else that decided to side with the Idols that decided to stand up for themselfs.

As much as I don’t like the company.. there will be no such thing as Nwjns if they leave. Their name, reputation, all that is altered and taken away.

In this mess, HYBE is in their right if they want to be “ruthless” as you mention as NJ are being completely unreasonable. If I was in HYBE’s position I would not forgive them because what MHJ and now NJ have done is pure betrayal. It is not a question of how big HYBE is at this point, but rather a question of proving that a contract is a contract and that if HYBE lets go of NJ without fighting that would signal they are weak and they cannot afford that. They have to fight for their sake but also for the sake of all the labels under them and the artists.
Regarding NJ’s allegations…you cannot convince me that having someone say « ignore her » is bullying, nor mistreatment. I have been bullied and while I agree that being ignored is not pleasant, it is not abuse and it just downplays the allegations of other idols who really are bullied and abused. They have become delusional and entitled. You talk about « power imbalance » but I think what is important here is integrity. HYBE is no angel, but MHJ and NJs have proven they have no integrity and they lack professionalism. NJ would have been able to save their career even after the whole MHJ debacle, but now I don’t have much hope for them. It is clear they should not stay in HYBE as they are now liabilities, and they will have to pay the price for their foolishness. We’ll see but this is not looking good for them at all.
It's Fifty - Fifty all over again, am afraid. Whatever the turnout I don't see a very bright future for them here. They are loosing popularity so fast and their music is taking the backseat with all this drama they chose to promote. Sad.
