No, the money went to lowering Russia's debt and building up their economy, which is why Russia debt is currently less than 15% of its GDP, compared to the U.S. whose debt is more than 120% of its GDP.
People always call Putin corrupt, yet he has consistently lowered Russia's debt and increased Russia's economy his entire reign.
If that's corrupt, then I'll take that corruption here in the U.S. Give us Putin and send some of our politicians to Russia.

This guy is a Russian propagandist. It takes one google search to see his "predictions" about Russia since a year and a half ago. To call him more powerful than Stalin almost hilarious.

      “Google search”😂😂😂😂
There are many history professors who also have PHd’s (like Col MacGreggor) that agree with him. You should watch the entire interview, take some notes then “google search” his points. See if Google lets you, or will it keep you in your bubble!

Right? Macgregor is super weird too he calls Belarus “white Russia” which, fine, but it’s an odd thing for an English speaker to know to say

We must see the so called (military) power of Russia in perspective. Russia is a huge country in square km, but only has 146 million inhabitants. This is 40% of USA or Eurozone. The GDP of Russia is only 4% of the GDP of the Eurozone + USA, this is equal to the GDP of the small countries Belgium + Netherlands. And less than the GDP of the state of California. Relatively (per capita) the GDP of Russia is very low. Beside that the economy of Russia has signs of a 3th world economy. Half of the income is coming from oil & gas. Based on this, Russia isn’t a world power. And for sure, it isn’t a economic power. This is the reason they can’t build up and maintain a big army. The army they already have is far beyond normal proportions in relation to their GDP. This hurts their budgets and prosperity permanently. In this perspective, Russia is an autocratic ruled country with a huge inferiority complex and dangerous megalomaniac ambitions. The way they chose will be their downfall.
