There was one I thought might work for you but when Aesthetical patched the gun glitch he made the method method too difficult even for a mobile player, and in fact, I'm not sure it would have even worked what I am thinking
Best I can say is instant laugh clip. It's possible on mobile but I've never done it on mobile, and I always use shift lock when I do it on PC. If you can master instant laugh clip on mobile then you have yourself an easy way to escape. Otherwise if you can go to the far back room of the armory (not where guns, spawns, or security camera are), and then go to the far back of it, then you can use dance clip to clip outside, and then dance clip through the fence door and walk either to ladder to climb over or to sewers. In sewers you need only dance clip and you'll fall in void and escape. But the problem with these routes is that it means going in armory which can be perilous. Another option is to use hammer escape. There's a way to escape that way on mobile, but it takes a long time. The first option is hard to master but easy once you've got it and highly convenient The second option is easy (assuming you're doing dance clip right, but that's easy to master), but dangerous as you need to enter armory. The third option is safe and easy but takes a while Or you could just be cop and drive to crim base. Not technically a glitch since it is an intended feature, but it's definitely the easiest course of action and I recommend it. Sorry for long answer. There really isn't a straightforward answer to this question yet but maybe someday a glitch will be found which simplifies this question
