A large number of the keys on mine were not working so I assumed all of the keys needed some TLC (plus I had a broken keypress shaft that someone had attempted a failed fix with superglue). It took a while but I removed all the keys and the bridging jumper wires, cleaned them all and put them back. I managed to snag some spares off ebay to replace the glued up key and keycap. Now all working again.

Give B-blonde a go on your key caps, never seen it affect the markings and low cost.

It was b blonde I used on other keyboards, and that took off the printing. I have already done it once on the Einstein, so I don't want to tempt fate and wreck the keycaps.
