authentic beef roast recipe|Goan food| non vegetarian|
First marination :
500 g Beef
3/4 tesp salt
1/2 tbsp g/g paste
Second marination:
2 green chillies
1/2 tbsp g/g paste 12-15 pepper corns
7-8 cloves
1and 1/4 inch cinnamon
1/2 tesp turmeric pwd
1/2 chopped and fried onion
1/2 tesp cumin seeds 2
2 tbsp vinegar or lemon juice
1/4 water(warm)
To make beef roast:
2 tbsp oil
2 kasmiri chillies
1/Chopped and fried onion
4 cloves
5-6 pepper corns
1/4 inch Cinnamon
Water and salt as required
cooking heat on medium flame .
