ITs OHIO everyone of them have a high chance of being biased against black and brown people. Read how the public is out there as well as the police. The ending he will might be found innocent and if guilty serve under 5 years its Ohio. Slavery hurt black people because black people cant find equity. Her life had no value over his. Its messed up and brings me to tears seeing how her last minutes were she was literally begging for her life and that made him want to harm her more. Then in the end the cops felt sorry for him and called him the victim. WORSE the cops coached him on what to say didn't even cuff him. The scam does no include kidnapping as soon as the TARGET feel like its a kidnapping they will call the police and its over so the police told him to say that for justification and released a statement in his favor. When on film this old racist man is dangerous, he is just like them. Black lives do not matter to them period. RIP Miss lolita as well as Donavan Lewis see both the cops and this old man are the same.

This woman was tortured and murdered in broad daylight, and this man walks free on bond. God forbid your child walks into his driveway and says something to upset him on a bad day. Legally he has zero ability to claim self defense or that he was protecting himself or anybody else. Once she started retreating away from him and he followed her anything that happened from that point forward he can’t claim self defense over. EVEN if he though she was involved in the scam and was escaping he STILL wouldn’t have any legal grounds to follow her and shoot her to death. It’s also very telling that he shot her 3 times with enough time in between shots to talk to her and taunt her while she died. These aren’t the instantaneous actions of someone in fear of their life acting on impulse, they’re the calculated actions of someone who understood those actions would lead to the death of a retreating, unarmed woman. Even if everything regarding the scam done to him is 100% accurate and he thought this woman was involved (even if she was the initial aggressor which she clearly wasn’t) he still has no ability to claim self defense once he followed her as she started retreating. This is factually murder.

And the old man's mistake was, not asking the Uber driver any questions before calling the police telling them the Uber driver is here now. I'm holding her at gunpoint. So he's in fact guilty of murder and taking her cell phone. There's much to be discussed about what happened. And when the scammer told the old man he's got his nephew hostage, what if he didn't have a nephew? All my family members are dead from old age, so that would never work with me.

This is difficult. I see a lot of people just demanding that he be prosecuted to the full extent of the law but he's an 81-year-old man who is also a victim of this.
You ever driven behind an 81-year-old person? You ever been in the store with an 81-year-old person? They are cognitively not on the same level as you or I.
He was being terrorized by a scammer. He's 81 years old and was told someone was coming to his home. At 81 years old the fear he must have been in Knowing that he is at a disadvantage if someone came to do him harm.
I'm not trying to take away from her death which is absolutely horrific and tragic, but come on. He absolutely terrified and confused.
If it wasn't a scam and she had mistakenly shown up at his address and he shot her, sure but this was a very intricate and well coordinated plan by someone to get people hurt. If he had been 50 years old I don't think it would have played out like this.

Aren't you a regular Sherlock Holmes. Listen to the call is an Indian scammer. This lady work for Uber and she accepted the delivery could have been anyone that delivers for Uber. Some people just have listening comprehension problems. People always looking to justifying killings

Oof, don't quit your day job sir. Uber connect (the package pickup and delivery function of the app) works pretty much the same way the driver/food delivery app does, nearest driver/ first come first serve.
