I have had great luck with doctor's visits over the phone, and these video appointments could be an even bigger hit. Thank you for your professionalism, proactively, and excellence at which you conduct business. I never feel like I am just a number with Kaiser. I am a customer for as long as you all can keep this healthy man alive, which I hope is well into my 100's.
