There’s literally one black family in all of Birmingham(that’s shown in the series) and they are in the Peaky Blinders. You see a well dressed black kid, it should be your que not to mess with him. How did that idiot screw it up? 😂
Honestly felt like bad writing. Like they needed a 'racism' moment. Only black guy around who everyone knows is connected and shouldn't be touched but he just randomly is like why is there a black person here.
Yea they really did him dirty and turned into him into a traitor so easily, the classic boring way of cooked up with drugs and his woman kind of traitor, wanting power for himself, like you'd see in any mafia movie really, quite boring. Whereas he could have been so much more, like a steady rock as he seemed to be, a constant calm force, walking behind Tommy, and who could have been a precious asset and Tommy's only steady support, like Polly was, in the very dark and troubled time that was the last season. Such a shame, and lazy writting.
It's kinda complicated, isn't it? Grace dies and sets up the plot of season 4, then John dies at the start of season 4 because the actor wanted out. Season 4 was great, but it was the first season that felt like "Tommy vs. the Big Bad." The ensemble dynamic became pretty lopsided. Really, the Big Bads were the biggest reason to watch seasons 4 and 5. Michael's meandering downfall was just a byproduct of the show kind of running out of creative steam.
I love how they stick up for Isaiah. No racism. Just pure brotherhood. Even better when Tommy had Isaiah's dad as a priest for his wedding. I love the Shelby family. Yes i know its made up lol 🙄
Not only is it made up, but these guys kill several innocnets, extorrt people, engage in sin of all kind but then suddenly you commend them for being anti-racists lmao as if they are just "fine people" lmao

The bartender could've said they are Peaky before the fight, and also why burn the Pub when you can beat up the MF who disrespected them in the first place, love the show but cmon bro that was some poor writing there.
People forget that Michael was absolutely focused on business back in the day
Not rly
Well they had to find something for him or else his character will go stale. Either be a successor or got greedy and betray the family.
everyone is focused when they're new to job lol
Before the girls got in his head lol

He was probably too drunk already.
he literally told him his dads the preacher with connections, some dudes just too dumb to listen

Love how when Arthur, John and Finn stood up, and Finn got knocked back down to his chair. 😂
"He's Polly Shelbys son! Are you fooking suicidal?!" 😂
im sorry i didn't know
The bartender should've led with that!
@@lisathesupergremlin7731 Exactly my thought too. 🤷
All the bartender had to say was he was Polly Shelbys son lol
and that right there is why his pub got torched he didn't open his mouth before a member of the Shelby family lost blood although small.
The bartender didn't deserve that because he didn't cause the fight
@@michaelclark4062 he did kind of try to warn them but still he should’ve said they were peaky blinders first

Arthur : Where's your dad ?

agreed his betrayal and hate came out of nowhere.

Was that his very downfall? The 3 elder brothers always treated him like a child so he never grew up?

it’s just how they operated
plus michael was fighting mutliple people too, better to send a message
i think this was one of michael’s first eye openings to the life he chose to be in
Shows the ruthlessness of the peaky blinders aka “don’t fook with the peaky blinders!”
Its moreso because the bartender was too weak to say anything first. His error to stop it was cause enough for the big dog to wreck it
I hated Michael with a passion. He wanted to be Tommy so bad.
