Primary residence only & only certain geographical areas. You’ll have to contact BOA for specific areas.
Passing through and just had to compliment your ink‼️ looks amazing 😃 oh and good content 😊
Cool program... To Aply For. Noticed!
really good info.
Glad it was helpful!
Make sure you research and fully understand the consequence for applying N getting N these grants from BOA.
There is a 6 hour class that is required
Folks remember this can be an ever changing program depending on what state you live in and county. To be certain follow up with your local secretaries office to get full details.
This program is only in certain counties in GA plus only certain counties such as Henry are only funding closing cost.
Thank you for the update all who live in certain counties in GA pls take note
There you go clicking that pen again 🤣
I really like your appreciation to detail!
@@nelzon4470 lol I’m an observer. I notice everything. Great content though. Keep um coming!!!
I tried and they said can't do it unless they run my credit? I don't want to run my credit unless I receive the grant money. How can I or can u get pre-qualified without hurting your credit score. Any advice would greatly be appreciated. Thank you
Well in any case that you are borrowing for a loan there’s going to be a credit check they will need to evaluate your payment history and creditworthiness. My suggestion is check online to see what’s your tri-merge score first and see if you fall within guidelines for a home loan and then apply. Credit check total.com is a useful site for tri-merge credit check but it’s not free they do require a card & subscription but you have a trial period in which you may cancel. Hope this helps good luck
@@nelzon4470 TY for th great info
Ask lender for program requirements ie income top and bottom as well as min credit score then apply if you feel u fit in that criteria
Stay away from BOA! Especially now during covid scamdemic! Alot of people leaving the states that's why Biden wanna pass the 15k towards you down pay because there's a crash coming
@@renerodriguez6300 😳😳
Wrong bro… you will have to take 4 to 5 different classes to get this program🧐
Look it up or better yet call them so you can get the real qualification steps
How can I apply for $17,500 down payment?
You can apply online or at any local branch location.
Nice! Sounds like a good deal to me. I am looking to purchase land, do you think that this could apply?
Hello Niko unfortunately this program is for residential purchases. Are you looking to build homes on the land or commercial? Reason I ask is because you may be able to find grants for empty lots in opportunity zones either at a discount or basically for nothing if you develop a plan that stimulates the local economy or helps a specific need for the community you can always check your local HUD or state sites.
You need a pencil my friend
bank of america requires a 640 credit score to qualify for their $17,500
Thank you for your info as I mentioned before there is a qualification process.
I haven't gotten a chance to sit down with bank of America. My jobs pretty busy. What else would you need?
@@tang417 when you apply online or via phone they will require a min Fico first and foremost but usually when applying for credit ... Its all about your ability to pay back the loan so just be prepared to have W2's handy or your last 2 years of income tax returns to start. I also own an accounting firm that could assist you with your personal or business tax returns as well.
