Ok remember this can be a process , so wait 30 days then resubmit same exact thing. & repeat until they don’t respond back once they don’t after 30-45 days you contact that particular bureau with letter certified date showing when you sent & they did not respond the bureau will take off.. be persistent you will achieve your goal trust.

Ok let me update, so I tried to on my MacBook but since I had copied and pasted into my notes it paste like in a small section instead of it being straight across the comment area. So I just typed it out myself instead of copy and paste and it worked and allowed me to submit at the end. So don’t copy and paste just type it out yourself in the comment section box. Thanks I’ll keep you updated on outcome but I’m confident it willl work. I’m actually helping my nephew with his credit so he can buy a home on a year or so. Kid needs guidance on how important credit is in life. I was never taught and learned the hard way by all the errors I made with my credit. Thanks again. Sorry to hear that… Let’s look at this from a different perspective., first question I would ask .. Is there anything in life for free especially money, by definition that would go against capitalism…answer yes ..ok ….stay with me, so they offer an alternative solution to the “American Dream” which in one way is home ownership…or looking at this from an entrepreneur or business stand point ..if open a burger stand & everything was buy one get one free, yes I would bring in business but as soon as I would change the marketing and take that away more and likely I would loose business, so what BOA has done here is like a “magician” made it as easy as possible by switching the numbers around and getting you to see one allusion when in fact with a 30yr mortgage they will eventually make that money back with interest all the while selling you on what you perceive as the “American Dream” ….now with that in mind you also have to understand the “game” of finance and use it to your advantage my friend… and that’s OK if you don’t know how to use the rules of “the game” I’m here to educate you on the sizzle but you should always question the sauce? & if your not sure inquire…

Rinse and repeat… at least this information doesn’t cost you any dinero…it’s a DIY situation, anything you do in life will have positive results if you have patience and persistence…

@@VSGLife well as you stated you have proof you were covered with medical insurance so there’s your dispute..I would first show the bureaus reporting the inaccuracies (the proof or letters you have ) and also send the disputes to original creditors that are alleging the collection …if your not sure how to go about it there’s tons of dispute letter examples online and also go to the “CFPB “ Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and contact them for free assistance. Hope this helps

Thanks for reaching out. Ok so this is a time sensitive issue, so there’s two options in play here. First rule is that if you do not respond in any which way via email phone letter what so ever in 7 years to the date it will be eliminated from your credit profile permanently. Secondly “Disclaimer” if you respond or dispute by any fashion as mentioned above and are not successful first time it will reset the time clock of the 7 year statute. Second question now if you are disputing so called collections & they are not yours then “collections “ shall be deleted. So by law if you admit or have an admission of guilt “paying “ said debt you are therefore acknowledging that these “accusations” of collections are in fact truly yours. And you must act accordingly. Disclaimer: that I am not an attorney & cannot provide legal advice if you need to hire an attorney i suggest you do so these are opinions and should not be used to validate any such actions in a court of law.

If you use the Credit Karma platform you can dispute directly online without physically sending letter. Hope this helps
