Well done Toyota. Well done. Now I can actually see myself in a Prius and the fact Toyota was able to do all this for the price they are asking is amazing.
Wdiasa
I just love the new prius looks and its AWD system
We're glad you like it! ❤️
But so much smaller than the regular Prius Style, so most drivers which is Uber and cab drivers who buy these cars won't buy them. I'm sure it's a good car but it's too small inside for such a high price tag .
I need more technical animation explinations.
Much better option than a Tesla Model 3.
Of course! Tesla eventually will deplete its batteries (even if they are using state of the art batteries made by Panasonic!) PRIUS is so tough that it will be driving and driving for decades!!!
🤣🤣🤣 tesla is better than japanese s**t
And better more confident self driving than the whack Tesla. #squeakytesla cause of horrible QC #fElon
Actually, I considered the Model 3 months ago, and I currently have a Bolt EUV
The 2012 prius was my previous car, and it didn't fail me
If I consider getting a new one, I do hope it is as reliable as the old one as I drive 40,000 miles a year
I dont like the laptop thing in the Tesla. Awesome drive but i dont like the laptop thing. Theres not a strong infrastructure for fully EV cars yet either
It’s beautiful inside and out and will last for decades being a Toyota.
Thanks for sharing the Prius love, we're glad you like it! ❤️
I bought my first prius in 2015 , the Prius C. The car has been amazing, a very tough car and has saved me a lot of money on fuel and handled the toughest terrain in winter. I love the new corolla line up and many versions offered including the corolla cross and GR corolla. Very happy you bought these products out, but there is people who are missing the PRIUS V. Kinds of wish you can have both the cross and V again together. The Prius V owners are very passionate about Prius V, and I kind of wish I had bought the last version of V before it was discontinued. Love the Prius brand, most underrated cars for sure. Long live PRIUS
RAV4 Hybrid is basically the Prius v, which is why Prius v was dropped. RAV4 Hybrid also has the advantage of better snow clearance.
We had a 2012 C and it's only drawback for us was winter driving. The Traction Control was permanently engaged so the tires would never spin in deeper snow. Our new 2024 Prime has a disconnect button thankfully.
@@TomLawlor-iq6gm The prius C is meant to be entry car, if you really want a good hybrid now is the 2025 Camry. It drives amazing, or choose to upgrade to RAv4 for sure. Corolla cross is good option too
@@bjsimon802 Our first Prius was a Gen. 3. We needed the bigger space then as we had a high school age daughter and, a 175lb dog. After both of them left us, we didn't need the full sized version and bought a C. We just traded that in on a 2024 Prime. It's a lot sleeker than the Corolla or the RAV4 and I'm sure, gets better range and milage. We love it.
@@TomLawlor-iq6gm Prius Prime? I heard it is really quick the new prius
It is so perfectly designed that it deserves a GR PRIUS version. For example with engine from new Lexus RX500h. That would be a game changer. (with a big rear carbon fiber spoiler!)
The redesigned Prius should be a buyer of all ages. This is a very attractive sedan with great gas milage and lots of features.
We appreciate the compliment! Do you have a Prius at home?
@@toyotausa No, I have a 2013 Camry 4 cylinder with 132,000 miles. Still in great condition as it is dealer maintained. I am saving to buy a new Toyota Venza Limited in the next two years.
That's exciting, Dan! What made you consider the Venza for your next vehicle?
@@toyotausa I looked at the RAV4 and test drove it, but I also test drove the 2021 Venza Limited. I like the Venza because it is an elegant looking SUV with a lot of great features like Heads Up Display, memory seats, power tilt steering wheel, Heated drivers wheel, heated and ventilated seats, puddle lamps, LED lighting inside and out, and a lot more. I am 62 and single with no kids and it is just the right amount of space for me. I can fold down the rear seats to transport a piece of furniture too. I also like the rear wiper too and I sit higher than the RAV4. I have saved almost $15,000 so far and I will buy my Venza Limited in either 2025 or 2026 all cash.
We're delighted to hear that! It sounds like the Venza is a perfect match for you! Keep us posted, Dan! We'd love to congratulate you on your new ride. 🤗
2023- what a trip. Even the Prius looks cool 😛
I bought an XLE last May. I really love it. I still haven’t received a second key for it even after contacting Toyota a few times. NVTS!
I used to be the kind of guy who wouldn't want to be caught dead in a Prius.
This one actually looks great!
I only have 2 gripes with it, and ONE is a BIG GRIPE. (Take this with a grain of salt as I haven't been in one, but seen a lot of reviews).
1. Would love to see a flatter cargo area when the seats fold down. A lot of SUV's can do this, even my old chevy can do this. It makes loading longer things a lot easier if you don't have that slight angle in the seat, or the cover divider between seats and trunk.
2. THE BIG ONE. The gage cluster can often times become hidden by the top of the steering wheel. You're stuck choosing comfort OR the ability to see information that you NEED to see. One of the biggest fixes I can see as an outsider to this car.
Just recently got my 24 Prius. Love everything about it. Guardian Grey is the best color ;)
Wow, that's great to her! We can definitely feel the love! 🥰
when GR prius
Can’t wait for mine to arrive! Just 8 more months on the waitlist…
You can buy one rn in GA, just be ready to pay about 4k extra
And apr...9.5% with perfect score😂, now probably even higher
😅😅😅
Good for you! I had to wait 17 months for mine, but it was totally worth it!
Toyota, when will you solve the lack of supply issues with the Prius. It's hard to buy this car.
I love the difference between the prius v from 2010 of my dad and this 2024 one. Huge upgrades and Beauty
Well its always been the ugly duckling so I mean. Im glad they try to mske it less ugly every time
This is the 1st prius that I wouldn't be ashamed to own, that thing is sweet!
My neighbor have a older Toyota prius. 2024 Priuses are worth saving for.
Really sick love the awd im excited to get my hands on one!!
We can't wait for you to experience all the Prius has to offer! 🥰
Hey! Is there a way for the DRL's to be on when you unlock the vehicle?
Beautiful
Amazing, I love Toyota and I love Japanese cars ❤️🇯🇵😊
Amazing😍😍my love toyota❤❤❤
Thanks for the love, Parvaneh! ❤️
So beautiful, I have 2014 Prius C someday Ill upgrade to this 🤙
That's great to hear! 🙌 What do you love most about your Prius?
You don’t need to. 2014 Prius will last 500k
❤ Toyota ❤
❤️
It’s nice that it looks like a coupe without the inconvenience
it looks sick. well done
I drove an old Prius. I go to ski a lot, and I always put on chain when it snows. If I get an AWD Prius what do I do? Do I need chains on all 4 wheel? Can I do fine with all season tire awd?
You still need chain.
Best looking ev/hybrid ever
We appreciate the love! 😊
@@toyotausa ❤️❤️
30k+ is too much but man, the car has no right looking this good. Also the excuse for not coming to the UK is absurd.
I am in line for a 2025. It is long, and the wait is substantial. No problem at all.
My 2005 Prius will take care of me just fine in the interim.
Love from Bangladesh ❤❤
I want to buy one of these but can’t find one available anywhere. Please make more. Thanks in advance!
Compared to the stellar looks of the front end and sides, the "lightbar" tail lights look too 80s-esque for the rest of the bodywork (almost better suited for a Honda CR-X revival model). Will look forward to seeing if the mid-gen refresh changes this. Very excited to see the new Prius looking better and better
Light bar tail lights are a new trend, expect to see that more on newer generation of cars in pretty much any brand. Unlike 80's, since we have LEDs, light bars are actually feasible when it used to be fake light bars only with no actual lights.
@@kornkernel2232 I understand it's the trend nowadays. Some are done in better ways that I won't mind. It's not a flavor for everyone, and that's okay. I am still very glad we have moved far away from Toyota designs around the 2015-era. The newly-announced 2025 Camry Hybrid and Crown SUV look fantastic, the latter with a better lightbar.
Price is very high for Toyota Prius fully loaded should be 30000$ max
If you are going to keep this car for a long time, then it will pay off. Old Prius is remarkably reliable.
Toyota Safety Sense 3.0 is a game changer. Watch out FSD, SuperCruise, BlueCruise, Radar Cruise control..you’ll know what I mean if you have driven the new Prius through stop-and-go heavy slow down traffic and 70mph turning. Lane keep assist safety feature is what will catapult Toyota.
Really need a list of changes from 23 to 24 otherwise what’s the point?
I cant find any after looking at the spec for hours lol other than a price jump in Canada
@@theo_yu I think they just the number of the year
There is no difference
I really need this car! #loveatfirstsight
Who cares. Dealers have no inventory. Toyota only talks. Dealers selling this car 5,6000$ over msrp. No inventory
Cool!
Is there any difference between the 2024 and the 2023 model? Looks the same to me!
WANT
2:20 *_"Get Lucky"_* soundalike.
The new body style definitely looks better. This is probably the first time that I would actually even say that a Prius looks nice.
Absolutely environmental-friendly ❤❤❤
Why can't we get the GR Corolla? The dealership are Marking them up to much. And they are probably not selling well. Then you guys will discontinue it because it didn't have enough demand. 😑 because of greedy dealers/scalpers.
This is just a beautiful car.
Glad you think so too! ❤️
love it
We appreciate the compliment!😊
Wow Toyota
Merry Christmas to Toyota USA
I wish for a Toyota Yaris or Prius to this Christmas to start the beautiful year 2024 .
I hope and pray this come to pass 🎉
I’ve always been a Subaru lover, but this is honestly such a sleek and beautiful looking car. Well done Toyota!❤
Now you just need inventory so we can buy one. ❤
Why is the volume knob on the right side? Lol.
Whenever i see those i wished to have those 🥲sooo beautiful beast ❤
We're ready when you are!
This car looks great
We're glad you think so!
How does a touren infusion pump work😊
How does a TOUren chemo infusion pump work
So when is the GR Prius arriving? 😉
Love this car. Hate hate hate the speedo area. Last gen speedo area was wonderful. Either redesign it or make a different steering wheel so you can see it my thoughts.
Try raising the seat and push the steering wheel in a little, makes a massive difference for us.
Gr version?
I will never buy an all electric, vehicle. It just doesn't make any sense. But I will buy a gas powered electric hybrid. That does, make sense!
where is the rear door handle?
The US version is so much better than the one sold on Mexico, while being pretty much on par price-wise, absolutely preposterous
Bro the Itachus
Toyota will always be the best brand.
Thanks for always being a Toyota fan!
Toyota for life 🧬 for love 💕 for hope 🌺 for future 🤗 love you keep up keep going for the great work 👍💪
When you will release a Toyota Hybrid Van?
So this 24 Prius didn’t change from the 23
Is there a trim that does come with a spare tire?
Yeah it makes no sense that every country but the US gets a spare tire.
You can add a spare if it is not a prime, I did a video on my channel.
Toyota sells a Spare Tire Kit for the regular Prius. It includes a full size wheel/tire, lug wrench and modified foam blocks along with a metal shield to cover that electrical junction under the floor. Sadly, the kit will not work with our 24 Prime.
As for the comment below; I'm not aware of any country that gets a spare tire with a Prius. Were in Canada and no spare.
It's much better looking & reliable than any stupid EV🔥 THANK YOU TOYOTA
noise in the cabin?
Good Toyota USA 2024 Toyota Prius Overview Good | Toyota
I am 6ft, no headroom and the sun visor hit me in the forehead. Got in the back seat even worse! I will keep my 2022. 🎉
Everything looks cool except that volume knob...Maybe they should have placed it on the other side closer to the steering wheel and the driver. ....😂😂😂
BRING THE 2024 C-HR TO THE STATES!
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
At this price point model 3 makes more sense. Question here is I know Prius would last up to 440K+ miles that is current mileage on my 14 Prius, can an electric car last as much? Cars are not cheep it is a big investment. longevity is important.
so whats new between 2023 vs 2924?
Rumor is that the 2924 model will fly, but only with a Fly Connect subscription. The air quality sensors will be overactive and constantly beep to inform you of the toxic air, but if you want the integrated purifier, you have to bump up to Lexus. And you’re already too late for the 2094 waitlist, so you’re looking at a 2095 probably.
@@suewhite2004 the waitlist is true lol, they tried putting me on a waitlist, I just went for an ev
😂😂😂😂
@@suewhite2004 Ahhhhh you beat me to it.
Toyota urus ❤️
The new toyota Prius looks amazing but somehow it seems very similar to Zephyr desingz.😅 Correct me if I'm wrong.
Does this have emergency brakes/auto brakes?
Yes to both.
2024 Prius Starting MSRP $27,950.
Even I can afford it. Thank you TOYOTA.
Don’t lose your key. 1000.00 to replace it. I know from personal experience. You only get one key!
Geez 😢😮
Good product but actually there are more facilities in Tesla in the latest update
Toyota can't even manufacture their hybrids, why even advertise them?
Blom masuk indonesia toyota prius terbaru
It looks like they watched the Doug demuro 2023 Prius review lol. But hey this is significantly better
But there is no difference between the 2023 and 2024 though...lol
First world problems. Got a 2022 corolla and waiting for it to die to upgrade. But its a toyota so ill be waiting a decade before i do
I will continue to always buy a Toyota. I don’t know how you did it but you’ve done an amazing job AGAIN! Current owner of a Prius hatchback 2017
Thanks for the love! What features made the Prius impressive to you?
Toyota i beg of you give me one of these
How much are these?😊
The '24 Prius has a starting MSRP of $27,950. We suggest reaching out to a local Toyota dealership to get detailed information regarding inventory availability and final pricing. Feel free to visit www.toyota.com/dealers/ to find your closest Toyota dealer!
Does this qualify for the government low gas rebate ?
OH NOOH !! No adjustable pedals ??!!!
is this a two-door or a four-door I can't tell?
4 door. The door handle of the back doors is by the window.
Only two door?
Hi there! The Toyota Prius is a four-door hatchback available in three trim levels. You can learn more here: www.toyota.com/prius/features/mpg_other_price/1223/1225/1227
Dont know between the years of 2017 and now, that they finially decided to move the car's gauge display from the Middle of the dash, to where it should be right in front of the driver.....LOL
Now if only Toyota get to control their US dealers better. 34k for the base prius? 31k for the base corolla? -_-
Pruis is economic but the seats are very uncomfortable on long drives and will give you back pain
bring on the manual transmission gr prius
litteraly just double down on the fwd and make it stiffer with a ground effects kit and a manual
Why does the car look like it was rolled over and smashed roof? I’d knock myself out trying to duck into this thing! 😅
I want it so bad. I miss driving a car I loved. Can I trade my kidney for one, please @Toyota? FWD is fine.
Hybrids over EV's for now, until technology catches up
You know who's not a fan of the Prius? Elon Musk. The issues that Tesla EV owners are having is in the news almost daily. Tesla seems to avoid telling people of potential hidden extra costs for repairs that can be thousands of dollars. Toyota's quality manufacturing, exceptional reliability and impressive engineering remains a set above most other companies. Honda should develop a clone of the Prius like they did with the Insight some years ago.
