I had a similar incident in Asda - a little girl was rude to me and I corrected her, she kept messing with my shopping and I was in a foul mood and her ignorant mum had a GO at me instead of tell her it's rude to mess with people's things and the mother wasn't even watching her kids properly, I wanted to tell her to teach her kids respect, but she wouldn't let me get a word in so I ignored her and reported her to security it's like the mother wanted to fight me instead of apologize!!
