I think when you get blocked, you can still comment but only you and probably mods can see the message. Other viewers can't see the message

does spam happen often for her? They seems to be quite paranoid. While it is a bit sad that this happen but am glad the misunderstanding cleared up pretty fast
I think it's the usual "w3b c/am" spam comments during lives? They usually use a lot of emojis along with English words, and maybe Chigu-chan blocked them already. She probably thought my comment was similar to that 😆

I think stream chat mods aren't something appointed in the jp side as often as the en side... Mostly it's still the streamer that handles/moderates their own chat.
as we've observed from the recent events in the niji en side of the community, it's safe to say that they don't appoint random mods for the same reason so ig there's that www
i was just wondering why not chat in japanese if you can understand enough to translate clips?
bc it's not against her rules. chigusa also seems to be learning/practicing English,, tho my purpose isn't really for my comment to be read and only to send a message of support. lastly, for ease, bc my chat box lags while I type, it's easier to type in english.
