The true ideology of the Honor of the Horde comes from the Orcs in that way they got rid of the chains of the legion, being no longer slaves and manipulated by Gul'Dan, this ideology which took from the worst moments and gave it the strength to the horde to move on. Honor and Glory is what the Horde was founded ... those who do not respect their ideologies and do not question their actions are only villains or slaves. “Live... another day” Fucking hell that was such a powerful quote. After losing so much Saurfang realises he can’t die just yet. Not out of loyalty to the horde or it’s mad Warchief, but to kids like zappy boi and others who have lost their fathers. I pray Saurfang is our next warchief but I feel like in this expansion he’ll finally get a warriors death worthy of him.

Saurfang redeemed the horde in that 1 cinematic. Last week I read Horde players were ashamed to be horde and alliance players were calling us dumb to follow a warchief like sylvanas. This week Saurfang has this cinematic and horde players are crying "FOR THE HORDE!!" once more, some alliance have said "I so wanna roll Horde now for saurfang" lol oh yeah FOR THE HORDE!!
You Get "Redeemed" when you all put that nutjob Sylvanis down permanently before we the alliance do and at NO TIME before then...........
Yep, he didn't redeem the horde. He only made it clear that even the brainwashed are starting to see the bitch queen for what she is.
if the horde wants to redeem themself they have to give sylvanas head on plate to the alliance.
of course that is not going to happen.

what blizzard did to voljin is a crime, such a good character killed by trash mobs while varian had an epic dead, just to have sylvanas be warchief.

Dang it...I tear up every single time I watch this ;...; Saurfang for Warchief! And Zappy Boi (whose name is actually Zekhan apparently) for his new surrogate son!
This cinematic was yet another love letter from Bliz to the Horde. Story-wise, the Horde has a deep, emotional, moral conundrum to solve while the Alliance has to deal with... um... er.. the Horde. Yeah, that's it. We have to deal with the Horde and whatever Old God droppings left lying around. We are not hindered by deep and meaningful character plot lines. (sigh) Alliance is, once again, a background character for the Horde centerpiece.
Sourfang, the epitome of what it means to be a broken individual. The remorse and survivors guilt, the desecration of his honorable spirit. Completely broken and ready to just die. A lot of people don't get that he was going to kill himself. Suicide by Alliance to achieve his warrior's death and put an end to his suffering. This is amazingly divisive story telling. Truly, Blizzard needs to start making movies with the animation and writers they have.
Pretty dang amazing... I loved this. Have liked Saurfang since WoTLK and the loss of his son.
Even though it's rage educing, this story is pretty Awesome! I Love Zappy Boi!
Not even watched the full reaction yet but glad you seem to be one of the first to recognize the opening bit with his son. Many others I have watched people are almost confused (until it becomes clearer later on).

As a 90 to 95% alliance player and fan I truly hope both Saurfang becomes leader of the horde for the sake of honor and morality, and I hope it is the Horde who strike down the HIGHLY overrated ALWAYS crazy an evil Sylvanas before we do. I think it will make BIFA a better story if the horde itself takes her down.

As an actual horde, Saurfang should not be warchief. He's too old, he may be strong and wise, but he's not the leader type.
Linus didn’t Thrall offer Saurfang the title of Warchief? But he denied it because his son died and he was in grievance. That’s why Garrosh became Warchief.

Notice how the hand gesture of Saurfang on the shaman's chest when he returned the necklace was the same as upon his son's. Awesome small touch there.
I may be just a 'filthy alliance' but I have always had the ultimate respect for saurfang, he is truly the best example of an honorable warrior and represents the best that the true horde has to offer, and this troll has the courage to confront him and convince him that all is not lost and to live another day.

The real Horde call Saurfang the Betrayer. All the pretend horde dont matter.
As an Alliance player, there can never be peace with The Horde until Sylvanas is dead. Gilneas and Teldrassil demand justice. Hopefully when this war is over someone like Saurfang will lead, and then negotiations can be made.

I am a filthy alliance... but I think Saurfang is hot. Horde and Ali should go hang out in a tavern, get drunk and come up with a plan against the old god's.
As a Roleplayer of multiple characters across multiple realms this expansions story has me very torn across the board, this at least gave my Horde characters some hope that there's a way out of all this through Saurfang.

She was broken, action speaks louder than words, rather you consider the action villainy is not in question, sylvanas stuffed summermoon’s words right back down her throat and proved her wrong, again action speaks louder than words, a Saturday morning cartoon villain would just have gotten angry but got shut up, sylvanas didn’t, and instead of using petty words she used action, the last thoughts in summermoon’s head as she died would be I shouldn’t have said that, then all those people wouldn’t have died because of my words
Regardless, Sylvanas' petty actions just to spite ONE night elf, is not becoming of a leader, especially not for a faction as honorable as the Horde, and even if the come back is "Good" she still got wrecked mere days later, losing one of the Horde's strongest bases of power, thats just embarassing.
Dick Gori dude stop, let me tell you something you should already know, while some idiot still thinks war is about honour and glory, those are just idiots period, war is ugly, war is dirty, it kills it burns it destroys, this is shit happening in a war in a game call WARcraft by a WARchief, it is suppose to kill thousands of not millions, the only factor that should ever decide rather an action should be done in war is rather it will bring you close to your military objective, you however only look at what you like to happen or not like to happen, if wars are fought like that we likely won’t even be here.

Dick Gori and stop assuming she gets reck, all we see so far is some idiot gather their entire army for one single siege, since you seems to know shit all about war, let me enlighten you a little, time and time again, history has proven gathering your entire army for one single push or siege is a terrible idea, militarily speaking, it is a stupid move, I am no fan of sylvanas, but as a person who study the art of wars, I am interested to see what she pull next, and by the way from the purely tactical and strategic point of view, she has yet to done anything wrong, morale isn’t part of the discussion here, if you want life justice morale and what not, maybe consider switching to a game call PEACEcraft?
