And it may be pushed through the loop on the other side too, instead of coming out inside the loop. That, because braiding keeps the hair strand together, so you can weave the stick through the braid to cover some of the stick's length. 2) You may make this hair style also with an unbraided ponytail, but then you have to stay inside the loop with the stick always. 3) Just in case you have very long hair: Just make the loop as big as you need it and wrap the rest of the hair around the base, before putting the braid loop over the base. The stick in the end is way too long to stay safe in this updo as shown here. The topper is quite heavy and very far from the center of the very low bun, so there is a danger of losing it by the shere leverage, such a long hair stick with a heavy topper may develop while the person is moving and turning throughout the day. It would be different, when the bun is bigger and a bit more up on the head. Very nice hair style though! 😀
I saw a video where the historicians explained that it was common to use horse hair extensions all the time. Its rarely that someone is born with this much hair, also for koreans the veriety of hair colour is rather from brunets to super dark brown and raven hair, so it is easier to make extentions :D My hair is past my bum, regular size braid, dark blonde, and im still figuring out how to make this gorgeus hairtyle. ;(
