can't wait for part 4. then we will truly enter vekoma's return. also, i never know that vekoma's "new gen" track started in 2010 already. with earlier versions seeming to start around 07
Yes but the ride had major issues and was closed for a very long time while changes were made. Both sides had to ditch the 4 across seating. If this had been successful right off, I wonder if Vekoma would have stayed with 4 across seating. With even B&M using 2 across on the new SeaWorld coasters, it might have been a blessing Battlestar had the issues it did.
I was going to make a post about this, but I’m in the process of moving and I’ve been super busy at work but rest assured I’m working on it! I have all of part 4 recorded and will try to have it up in the next couple weeks. Thanks for your patience I know I need to finish it!
Interesting tidbit about Steel Lasso - while this ride is credited to Vekoma (which makes sense since it is their design), most of the track and supports were actually made by Chance Rides, who acted as a contract manufacturer for Vekoma. Considering that they are just about a two and a half hour drive away from this coaster's location, it makes sense...
The Déja Vu bit got me good 😂
Series didn't know I needed but highly enjoyed! Thank you for your work!

B&M next please.😊😊😊
At this point... is there even a single park left in the world that doesn't have a Vekoma bommerang?
Also it's funny as fuck hearing you talk about Vekoma was using outdated designs only for their next coaster to be a wooden coaster.
A cloned family coaster named "Innovative Roller Coaster" located in "Innovative Film City". You can't make this shit up
