I just ordered one my only worry is does the machine run smoothly? At the physical therapy center they of course have the very best equipment money can buy. Like the NuStep T4r-h unbelievably smooth and also unbelievably expensive. So I’m hoping this machine is smooth that’s all I’m asking. If it’s clunky, noisy and rough operating, it’ll have to go back .I have neuropathy and can no longer get any kind of exercise unless I’m sitting down. I’m hoping this will be exactly the machine I need . 🥵

I think you will be pleased with it. It is a smooth ride. Here are several other videos I did on it. www.youtube.com/@SidsTips/search?query=freestep

I have the freestep Lt3 model. It's not clunky at all. Totally silent, too. Solidly built. The pedal motion isn't quite as smooth as the Nustep but once you get into the rhythm, it's fine. I love my Lt3. I'm using it every day instead of using the Nustep a couple of times a week at an adaptive gym that charged me $150 every 3 months for membership! I have knee/hip arthritis and the LT3 is the only affordable cross-trainer I've seen that addresses the cardio workout needs of folks with lower body arthritis.

A commenter on Amazon said that he bought a FreeStep for his wife who is 5' tall. the machine didn't have a setting to fit her small frame. I'm 5'1". Am I going to have the same problem?

Hey sid, enjoyed the video. My LT3 seat has forward and back positions, how do you have yours set? If I have mine back, feels like the front of the seat digs into my back thigh.Just wondering how others have it adjusted. Kind of a pain to take all 4 screws out to adjust it though.

Hi Stephen. glad you enjoyed it. I have my seat forward and works greart for me this way.

Thanks for the video added thumbs up. My floor is like yours so I was wondering if the legs will leave marks without the mat? Also wondering if you pedal to the very end of the stride or do you reverse before you get to the very end for less impact?

Thanks! I would recommend a mat. I really don't think about it as far as the pedal goes. I do a full stride.

Thanks Sid. Is the seat as high as it can go in your video? I am 6'2" with long skinny legs and want to be sure my legs extend.

I am considering getting this machine and have a question regarding the handles. Most everyone I see using this machine are a bit thinner. If you have more girth in the middle it looks like the handles will hit if turned to work on triceps. Would it be possible to actually turn them and put them on the opposite bars (right handle inside the left bar etc) which would open the width more and allow working the triceps without hitting the mid section? Thank you for your videos, and hopefully you understand my question.

The handles would not work other then the way I have them set up. You can check out more info at the following links:
