This is where my poor 22 year old brother spend his last few days, before he took his own life. Some see it as beautiful, not me.

I am so sorry, my brother hung himself in July 2000 and 2 months ago my nephew hung himself so I know how you must feel... its awful because you feel so guilty as they never came to you...❤❤❤❤❤❤ I pray now 🙏 they are at peace ❤❤❤❤❤❤

Its a stunning building of victorian architecture but i imagine Andy it slso will have a very sad & possibly disturbing history. Its surprising if there was no security around when you were on the grounds quite funny seeing you sneaking around Andy & Paul! Its a huge building so it must be difficult to make it 100% secure. Thanks for all the information on the hospital & your knowledge of the old machinery & componants left behind. Its a very eerie place now & understahd why you get the feeling you are being followed. Part 2 should be good! I watched with subtitles on because of you talking quiet. ❤😊👍

Hello Carol. Security were there all the time and they’re very good. Hence our quiet nature :)

I wondered that a couple of times but the site was too difficult to navigate for them in the conditions at most of the rooms were difficult to get in other than our route. The noises gave me the creeps a couple of times. I hope you're well Carol :)

The room at 20 mins used to still have beds in it 10-15 years back, and the rails still attached... some of anyway

Spent a lot of time here, exploring the underground tunnels and buildings, it’s always been one of my favourite places to explore, it’s such a beautiful building… I don’t know if you noticed but if you do a direct Ariel view of the whole place the building actually resembles a cross shape ✝️ the last time I was there they had sensor alarms around the whole perimeter hidden on trees , be nice to revisit

Did you really manage to get in through that gap at 11:43 ?? It doesn't look at all wide. I live near here and as an Urbexer have long thought about attempting to access this site , even for just the surrounding buildings. You went down the road at 2:08 which takes to you toward the rear of the site ...does continuation of that road lead you to where you are walking at 3:57 ? Cheers for any thoughts 👍

Sorry Andy, I bailed on the video and muted the sound about 10:00 - can't hear the audio when you are talking and the closed captions are unintelligible. Can hear some of what Dave's saying. Just FYI. Looks like an impressive site. Cheers.

Hi Jeff. That’s a shame. The auto captions are not the best.
I’m saving up for a better microphone on the big camera and the gopro which was the camera used at 10:00 only has the standard microphone. I guess I could get a media mod for it which has a better microphone too :)

Thought that place had been pulled down years ago. St Johns Hospital for the mentally unstable Brace bridge, Lincoln (AKA the family residence) got turned into luxury apartments
