rewatching this timelapse... i really need to fiddle with the timelapse settings. this feels way too fast and i wonder if the cam is just too close.

If you place the camera on you buildplate it wil give a clearer and more stabile view of the print. And then also reduce the speed of the timelapse

Hi! Did you noticed any improvements? Im looking to print this and change my default Fan Duct. But if there is no much difference I don't think worth the risk.

I've been using one for 2 months now, it's made my prints much more consistent. The ability to cool from both directions really helps.

hi does it do improvement? my fan have weird sounds inside when started pre heating the nozzle when i open it up i see that the plastic base holding the fan screw is loosed/broke already and now planning to buy a whole set of the fan cage but i see your video , maybe i can try but was it worth it and whats the effect?

i don't really know if it's actually better. mainly i made this one to have a built-in mount point for the bltouch sensor and i wanted a less annoying way to someday change the fans.
funny enough before i had this the fan sometimes made weird noises as well. hasn't happened in this thing yet. although i have no idea where those noises came from anyway.

@@baumbatz vibration and tension on the case of the fan will cause that noise. I have this issue now with the ender 3 v2 cover. It literally pushes up against the blower.
