Looking forward to your garage declutter video! Would also suggest to film how you got rid of your clutter like dropping them off to shelters or thrift stores. I always appreciate those clips. Great job on this series! One thing I do to maintain my house is I keep a paper bag where I drop items I suddenly want to get rid off or donate. I deal with then once they're full and return the empty bag for another round. That way I don't have to do major decluttering anymore.😊

We just moved into a new to us house. Our primary bath, bedroom and closet are smaller than our last home. We have decluttered so much already, but we clearly need to get rid of more. We don’t have a dresser in the new room. Our old bedroom set is in our spare room. Our daughter plans on using that room when home from college. I just don’t have room for the stuff we currently have and it is maddening. Need to get it figured out and appreciate your video today. 😊

In the closet, you could do the white hangers or black and give your husband the other color. It will be pleasing to the eye, and you'd be amazed at what it will do when you look into your closet. :)
Great work from both of you. You are so true when presenting theese types of video’s. Most of us with busy households this happens. Shut the door. Or better yet if you have a second floor, company stays on the main when they visit!!! Just came across your channel. I am going through this with donationto a local AMVET that left a card in ourr mail box that they will be here 4 May 2023 for pick up of clothing, shoes, furniture… So, everyone has their marching orders with trash bags that will be labeled. I am even making them fold the clothes and clean the shoes. I can not wait to see more of your video’s.
A good way i keep track of what i have, is that i go “visit” my items in my home . Like treating them as family and friends. 😅 I don’t need to but if i didn’t then I would forget it exists.
Instead of doing seasonal vs non- I do holiday vs non! So the only thing I pack away in a bin/bag is stuff that is specifically christmas, valentines day, etc that you would only wear during that specific holiday season & that way it gets me excited to pull out my holiday pieces instead of just thinking of it by season since the weather changes here!
I’d love to see a garage declutter. Even if you didn’t do that I would love to see just everything you’ve gotten rid of and see how much that is over all so even if it’s just a tour of the garage and everything that’s going to go to goodwill that kind of stuff
That pantry is beautiful but frankly I'm too food insecure to do that😅. Packed to the rafters but organized enough to eat the oldest stuff first. Still, dreaming the rest of my house is as clean and beautiful as yours one day. Nice video❤
Thank you for this...very helpful. I bought a house that unfortunately has a bathfitter. Water gets in between the old tub and liner. In the four years i have been in this house i have had to recaulk 1 or two times a year because the caulking will not adhere to the fiberglass despite me prepping the area properly. Do you have any suggestions of the type of caulk that would adhere to this type of material?
Great work, love your videos! I don’t have the patience to fold my clothes so most of them, except knitted pieces and underwear, is hanging in my wardrobe. no need for use the dryer then either, just hang your garments up after wash and have a freshly scented wardrobe!

Great job. I love videos like this. But I always question how it got to this stage and why so many people have so much stuff and then give/throw it away. I can't imagine how much you initially spent on all of the discarded clothing.
So I am going to give you a tip that I think you will find extremely beneficial. Your mindset is very very similar to my partners and he has the same issues you do with cleaning things up immediately and putting things away. And a hack to fix this is telling yourself "Do it now". This way it doesnt allow you to make any immediate excuses and it will shift your mindset. Trust me it works! I use this this tactic myself and its how I maintain a consistent tidy home.
I’m so happy for you. Personally 17 minutes sorting and folding clothes isn’t valuable to me. Would have preferred the organizing and putting back into the space more useful.
