What happens when the same person fills two or more forms? That custom field will automatically update? this will not be a problem if i have multiple automations for diffrent forms?
How can I track if a person fills more forms with your method?
    Thanks

They'll always create a new task when a form is submitted so it won't kill any automations for multiple forms. You'll just have to have a process for merging those tasks/leads together.
It's not a perfect system by any means. ClickUp isn't a marketing automation system, but it can work. Obviously you'll have more capabilities in a hubspot or pardot.

What is the difference between a lead, a contact and a deal?

      Great question.
Lead = any person that submits a form (giving you their contact info). These all go in to the leads list in ClickUp.
Contact = basically any lead that graduates to an opportunity. A lead will become a contact when the lead becomes an opportunity. When an opportunity is made, a deal should be created and the lead should then become a contact related to that deal.
Deal = all open or closed deals/opportunities in the pipeline.
You don't need to use the leads list. You can just have a contacts list. But I like to keep them separate for nurturing purposes.
