You know what else I love, admire and greatly respect...yuals father son relationship. Says a lot about about the man you are and the man he is becoming. Keep aspiring to inspire brother.
Greetings from the USA. It's a pleasure to see some men doing work and not only being craftsmen, but also excited about their work, having a good sense of humor, and we can tell just being an all around straight shooter. Good job men!
My wife and I were talking last night while watching the video from yesterday..I was saying I learn something every time I watch you and today is no different...Thx brother and I sure wish I could say split rounds like you do !!! God Bless and be safe out there...Be kind y’all
So nice to see father and son working side by side!, hogan keep up the good work, your dad is a good teacher, you can learn a bunch from him!!!, be safe buckin!, thank you fir another video!
Hey Buckin’ really enjoyed the video and watching you and your son working together. My son is 23 and was back home this week for a few days. It’s a good feeling to work along side your boy!
I often train new people at work and try to place myself in their shoes, it helps to remember what it was like in order to give the proper guidance. You two are a good team, good to see you out cutting again!
Good evening friends from across the pond. Nice job gentlemen warms your heart to see dad and son working as a team. A stupendous welcome to our New freinds joining us your truly welcome to the buckin army you could search the internet for years but I know you will never find a place overflowing with such truly wonderful people every single one willing to share the love and kindness they all have. Hi true blues. Stay safe and warm and let's spare some of that love for those might be down on their luck or just need a smile to make their day.
Wonderful...just bloody wonderful !!!! Time spent with Hogan and out in nature taming some wild beasts....thats a perfect day !!! Love always wins !! ❤❤❤
I just watched the ceder tree episode....the one that addressed wedges....what an absolute thrill it is to watch you work.....a master of logging!! It's way beyond education and entertainment!! It's watching a genius own the tree!! Total respect! Now....I will admit, at times it is difficult to hear you teaching because the saw is louder than the commentary.....but that's what makes the visual so helpful and the back button a life saver!! I just back it up...watch again....until I get it. So many people think they can just run down to Lowes and buy a chain saw and start dropping trees! You are the master friend!! Keepem comin!! I still have a whole lot to learn!!!
Great to see you and Hogan working so well together, sometimes it's very hard for a young man to work with his father, but in your case it's rewarding to see that hogan is fully focused and being a sponge, soaking it all in. keep it up, one of the greatest gifts my father gave me was to teach me how to work, and appreciate the knowledge of those with more experience, this has to be one of my favorite videos from you. Kind thoughts and well wishes to the community.
Love your videos. Your a true pro. Good to see your son learning from you. Just please be safe. As they say, the main thing is to go home at the end of the day. Learned how to sharpen my chains better by watching you to. Thank you for that.
Hey Buckin'! Hey Buckin' Army! Buckin, well executed brother. Well done indeed...and 185, I got one. Hehe! A 1-85 mac saw, geardrive. I'll have to post my work I've done on it sometime. Love to the army and Buckin house!

Glad I came back to watch the rest of this clip. Nice tree and even better advice about finishing on the high side. Good to see the wheels turning in Hogans head. He's getting it. 👍
Fantastic to see you doing what you love cutting wood and doing it with hogan makes it that much more special great video buckin and hogan be safe be kind
Love the video. A little messy with the leaner -- glad you got it OK. I am always surprised how spot on you are with how much hinge wood you leave. and how little sometimes. Thanks for the video!
I always love your little thoughts, and insight you have typed throughout your videos, and this video had the best most honest, inspirational, and insightful message yet. It said "enter text here"! Lol!! Seriously though, another great video Buckin! I hope everyone has the absolute best weekend possible! Take care everyone!
Good video Buckin! The height of that balsam is impressive, what a nice healthy tree. Hope it doesn't get bucked into firewood, the heartwood outta them makes nice trim wood when it's quartersawn
Great video I love watching that cut 185 ft very old tree. The first one you cut I've had 2 to like that here on the property. Drop and run, Bum Pucker.. really shocked you didn't have my axe there with you. Lol
Buck I really love your passion and positive attitude I can't get enough of it. The way you are with your son is awesome and is inspiring keep up the great work I can't get enough of it your new friend and follower. - Alex
Hey there Buckin' That was a tall one wasn't it? I think that's the tallest tree I've seen you cut. How many cords of firewood do you think are in that monster? I'm guessing it would heat a house for most of the winter. I can really tell Hogan is "into it". I think you know what I mean. The young man has grown up a ton right in front of my eyes. Good afternoon to all the True Blues and all my fellow Soldiers of Kindness. I hope everyone had a great week. I'm looking forward to a relaxing weekend myself. Welcome to all the new subscribers. You are now amongst 44,000 plus friends. Please spread the word so we can grow and spread more kindness around the world. I've got to go now, love and blessings to you all.

Here on the west coast cedar varieties are among some of the biggest trees in the world. Some pretty neat places and parks set aside too. Near me there is a place called the Hobo Cedar Grove and it's mind blowing especially for being a little inland. Hope you are doing well Angie!
Beautiful and kind job!
Love you guys, keep on keeping on. Makes my day
GROOVY
Thank you for the text intro...helped me to put my situation in to perspective.

That is a beauty!!
Kia ora from New Zealand. Watching this video and a few others took me back to my days of being a productive clear felling contractor. We would each fell and trim an average of 60+ trees everyday for several months at a time or until the entire forest block was levelled. Most tree fallers used either 288 huskies or 066 Stihl with a 24'' bar which always seemed a little too short but you managed. That large tree you cut down in this video...we called them gun barrels because of their absolute straighness and at 6+ tonne per tree, they were the money bags. Towards the end of my 15 years experience I saw many young lads come into the industry with an alpha male attitude. So eager to cut down extremely large trees with very little or no prior experience which sometimes came at a cost either physically or financially or sometimes both. I knew of men who died from widowmakers, sailers and just windthrown trees. In NZ today the industry has changed rapidly with most forests now being clear felled mechanically although some regions are steeped terrain which still requires a skilled tree faller but the days of a man cutting a tally of 60+ trees is no match for a machine that cuts 1400+ . I commend you on the encouragement and advice you share not only with your son but to all the viewers. Working with trees and professional chainsaws is a dangerous mix and should always be approached with the utmost safety. Please keep doing these videos...
Thx Frank
I cut a patch of white pine that size killers gets my heart pumping!!! I tell ya haha man wonderful video Buckin!!!
One of the most satisfying things in life is dropping a big tree where you want it to go. So fulfilling 👌
another awesome video my friend
Awesome!!!
WOW that is a huge tree!!!
Like always good work!!
Please be safe!!!
And hope they do a little bit of timber out of it so it’s not falling for “nothing “
I know for safety reasons for the new house but what a nice tree
Greetings from Hamburg Germany
hamburger , love that you comment , thank you
