That's a really nice tent you have. I recommend throwing a tarp over it so the sun doesn't damage it as quickly and for extra protection. That tent looks like it's $200 - 300, and a tarp that covers it would probably only be $15-20. Another consideration when choosing a tent for a base camp/ car camping setup is the poles. Lol I only knew of the Nile and the Mojave river as the only two rivers in the world that flow north only because all the locals in this town told me growing up here. And I’m not the only one, another person also mentioned in this comment that there’s even a college nearby here who had a professor to mention the same thing. Which is nuts. Honestly, I’m glad I messed up while recording this, cause I knew of also at least the Nile but never mentioned it. Because of that mess up, I’ve gotten well over idk how comments correcting me on it. Which exploded it in the algorithm. But yes, definitely lots more north flowing rivers than I thought and I was told. Way more. Guess that’s what happens when I listen to local tales
Borrowed my girlfriend's tent to stay in a campground I was working 100 miles away and it was cheaper than motel. Came home from work at the tent was gone, the people in the next campsite had gotten kicked out and decided to steal my tent on the way out. So I'd say the problem with living in a tent is, how to you keep people from stealing stuff? I was smart enough to keep everything else the car, but didn't feel like taking down and rebuilding the tent every day.
You must be a real pain in the butt to have to disassemble before heading out and then when you get back having to put everything back up but at least you have less of a chance of your tent getting taken . I'm really hoping that your situation will turn around and that you'll be able to afford more of the lifestyle you really need

God bless you and I hope you succeed in getting back to your kids, they grow up so fast.
They certainly do, and thank you, I appreciate that deeply
Awesome journey your are under taking for the greater good! Life it up for the ones that can't brother!
So much love 🙏🏼
I'm a whistleblower federal investigator & domestic violence victim of one of Epsteins defense attorneys. I'm in a tent in a park. Our summers are usually mild anyway. But especially mild this year. I was homeless in Arizona too. Phoenix & Prescott. God bless you. I am wanting a van, cargo trailer or shuttle bus to live in, too. I love minimalist living. Except for my art. We artists do splurge in art supplies. Musicians are artists. That's an expensive art form. Played trumpet 🎺 & percussion 🥁.
Wow, then you know about the elite's human trafficking and the satanic cult.
Hold On!
It IS Closer than You Think 🙏
I hope you are doing well :)
Omg i cant believe i found your channel. I too was in my car, then ive upgraded 3 tents and generators. Im now able to upgrade to a pop up camper and then rv then land then build a small home. I want to be debt free. And not have the stress that almost made me want to end it all. Me and Brinkley send you good vibes ❤ 🐾
We’re evolving. Sending vibes back, and from my pup to yours.
Man I'm living the same way I want everything you do pray for me I'll pray for you
the algorithm has seemed to bless this video.
Im really enjoying what i've seen of this channel so far! I'll be sure to stick around!
You can do this ,My Love.. Every Little Thing WILL work Out.

I shall be Wandering again.. Living the Joy of Singing and Loving.Laughing and Learning...
Maybe our paths will cross some day 🙏
Such a great feeling to see you living the life, with a simple, beautiful goal front and center. This was a year ago. I hope you are closer to your goal.
Where do people find such great deserted spots my son found a spot 4 years ago it’s nice it was just 3 people now it’s a neighborhood over 20 ! I hate paying rent y’all are brave !
Very good video. It’s awesome that you are working on yourself to see your children more. I used to go up north in Michigan to walk the lonely dirt roads to think and get away from everything. Now I walk 5-6 miles, sometimes with my 2 dogs just to relax and pray. I subscribed to your RUclips channel. I wish you the very best. You and your children are in my prayers. Stay safe my friend. Continue to be blessed.
So appreciative. Thank you. That’s what I want sometime, at least one dog. Sounds lovely. Thank you 🙏🏼
@AgelessNomadic yes your right however the land is owned by the government or someone therefore a police officer can ask you to leave if he choose to... maybe not since there are also homless people in the streets and it's owned by the govenrment you should mostly star to focuse on to helping other how to find the best spot on their areas
Tent life looks more peaceful than van life.
Tents may not burn fuel … but also not lockable.
Remember the time we walked to the rocks in the distance and they were wayyy farther than they looked? We made it tho! Love you brother
Hey i wish you all the best man. At first glance, the way you talked and all of that seemed kinda strange to me but after i was done watching i had another idea. If i were to guess then you are on a spiritual journey. Something i really respect. You mentioned the part with your kids. I hope that you havent been trough a doulsucking brutal divorce with a woman who turned out to be a horrible human being. Heard many stories. I dont know if its your choice to life nomadic in a tent or if life forced this lifestyle upon you but i just want to send positive vibes. Your video has inspired me and it was super interesting to watch.
Thank you
Blessings to you - peace , prosperity and wellness
thank you for this video, been having alot of anxiety and this video was so calming and exactly what i needed to hear
Perfect. What a brilliant life right near a river and a climate that is more condusive to outside living. More power to you and I hope you get to be closer to your children.
What a Zen feeling. Great attitude and beautiful spot... Wherever it is. Be well.
That is such a frickin cool tent bro!
Yeah, you got it going on.
Your videos are leading me to consider tent life for our summer and autumn, maybe time to step a little further outside my current comfort zone and discover new ones.
Arohanui ♾️💜
You should, god would I love to camp out in New Zealand. Ahh
@@AJourneyFromNothing I've camped many times in New Zealand, being my home country!
I've subscribed, by the way.
I salute your courage and optimism brother. No doubt you shall prevail !
Thanks for taking us along on your journey. I have also want to get a camper van and really just travel. I want to see Alaska and the northern lights, the Grand canyon and just any place that's away from Michigan. You have a wonderful place. The fact you want to be a part of your children's life is awesome!! Best of luck!!❤❤❤
Sounds like you are doing the right thing. And I love your mission.
Thank you for your words and thank you for posting. Please be well abd be safe my brother.
Loving Ur home. Living in the moment. Ur video was very relaxing and interesting. I live in my van in UK and it's a great life. Good luck with your future and I hope u see more of Ur kids
Appreciate that, thank you 🙏🏼
I love your style! I was sorta homeless for a short time during my addiction. Stay positive. Your doing well!
Appreciate that
Brother i hope you can be with your kiddo's as soon as posible. I know too well what its like not having you life generators around us. It sux, super sux, sux ass. It really bites hard sometimes. But please sing and write passionate songs. With words that conquer hearts and and send love to your childrens hearts. That will let them know your always loving the shit outa them. And good stuff brother. I would have loved to make a channel like this but at the time all the drama was going on my ego was just anemicly inflated with invisible bullishit. Thinking that i was victim and always right. But good luck brother and rock on and win new hearts.
That is one beautiful river! There are other examples of rivers flowing northward. Some of the most famous are the Nile, Russia's Ob, Lena, and Yenisey Rivers. The Nissequogue and Red Rivers in the U.S and Florida's St. Johns River also flow north.
Subscribed.
Hope to see many more videos on your channel in 2024.
Wish you all the best buddy !
Much love from 🇬🇧
Great video, but I have to point out that north flowing rivers are not as rare as many think they are. There are almost 50 just within the US alone and many more around the world. This seems to be a very common misconception.
That being said, I love the video and your approach to life! Thank you!
Thank you for sharing this🙏💛
Your inspiring and God bless you and your gorgeous children. Have faith that your dreams will come true one day lived is one day less to be alive journal plan and set goals ✨️
The Nile River runs north. It's the longest river in the world.
Yes, that one I know 🙏🏼 amazing, the Nile is very interesting.
I live in SW Michigan our River the St Joseph river runs north. It's incredible. And finishes its journey into our great lake Michigan... This river starts in Indiana. North bound
The Genesee river runs north to Lake Ontario also but I don't think you'd wanna live there unless you like snow😉
Sorry, not really rare that rivers run north. Maybe in the USA, but most rivers in germany run north for example.
Awesome adventure dude, I enjoyed this video. I have a green tent, blends in a bit more :) I hope you have a blessed day, shine bright :)
Blessing back my friend. Best to keep hidden in my opinion. Same to you, cheers man
I Love train sounds
You got a nice little homestead there, the Nile river in Africa also flows north ✨from North Africa into the mediterranean sea…
Hope you achieve your
Goals & then some… 🌟
Every river in North America that runs north is the only river that runs north 😅
I can appreciate you trying to share facts and I can appreciate that You might not know a whole lot being that you’re living in a tent, I cannot appreciate sharing things that you just don’t know! ❤
You’re living the dream chief
Borrowed my girlfriend's tent to stay in a campground I was working 100 miles away and it was cheaper than motel. Came home from work at the tent was gone, the people in the next campsite had gotten kicked out and decided to steal my tent on the way out. So I'd say the problem with living in a tent is, how to you keep people from stealing stuff? I was smart enough to keep everything else the car, but didn't feel like taking down and rebuilding the tent every day.
Best way is to find a place hidden enough
You must be a real pain in the butt to have to disassemble before heading out and then when you get back having to put everything back up but at least you have less of a chance of your tent getting taken .
I'm really hoping that your situation will turn around and that you'll be able to afford more of the lifestyle you really need
Usually putting a luggage 🧳 lock on the tent is enough.
Disgusting to steal someone's shelter/home.
✅✅✅ Right on.

Yeah dude rent is such a burden, I dream about camping out by my work and just stack up cash. You got a cool spot and a good set up. ✌️✌️✌️✌️✌️
Professional Homeless Cyclist 30+ years. Eugene Oregon. Lane County Parks & Open spaces. 2 rivers, ponds, creeks. Abundant bike paths. You just have to tent habitate in the right town. Rent Sucks, I like my savings account better.
Even if it’s a short time, temporary, is all you need to stack. And of course, enjoy the freshness of being outside
Bro your vibe is fantastic. Keep it up. Get back with your kids when you can, and never give up on that. They’re waiting for you. I take my kids tent camping a ton, and there was a time I thought we would have to live in a car or in a tent. If it ever came to that, it would be okay. Everything is temporary. I hope you get your SUV soon. Best of luck man. ❤
Thank you brotha, I did get my SUV, currently now living closer to my kids in Venice Beach here in California. I am well so far, with plenty of updates on my page. A recent one actually I just literally posted as I was uploading it. Check out, tell me what you think 🙏🏼 much love my friend
that's beeeautiful , may you be with your babies soon enough and cherish each others loving company , be well 🥰
I definitely can live like this
You got it made, bro. I was thinking the exact same thing. There is no need to pay for rent. If I were you and working, I would get an electric generator and take it to work with me to charge up for free😊 that way, I could have a couple of fans and part-time mini fridge. Thanks for showing me a nice spot to hide out. I could totally picture laying on my bed all day there😅
Your whole personality and choice of way of life are so fucking magnetic. I hope this has been working well for you…
My son would be heartbroken to be separated from is kids so i subscribed hope it helps. I went camping for 10 years by the All American Canel my sons hated it but they were grown men and i have a right to live my own life now
Doing the same bro
Good luck on your journey homie!
I Really hope and pray you get Everything you want. Take care of yourself & blessings
You are so real and i appreciate your videos ❤❤❤❤❤
I admire you being able to live free
the st johns river in florida flows north from orlando in central florida to jacksonville in north east florida. best of luck getting your life back together
Great video! God bless you! I think when you get everything you want you will come full circle and miss the tent life!
Your tent set up is beautiful! It looks so chill! Please stay safe and happy travels. I just subbed, this is the kinda "weird" I can vibe with~
Man I absolutely commend you for what you are doing. I absolutely love nature and outdoors. I wiuld like to live like you but I live in a major city. I mean there are places that I can camp out here in there (which I have). But no where to actually set up a sustanble camp long term. Keep doing what your doing. Hope you get back to your children soon.
Appreciate that man, yeah city’s are hard to camp in peacefully. I’d rather camp in the forest, or at that point in my life, the desert near the river. Im in an SUV since then living in Venice Beach, CA. Tent living i loved. Honestly, the most beautiful experience when you do it right. And yeah, not in the city.
@@AJourneyFromNothing I'm glad you were able to get a van. That makes nomadic life so much simpler. Keep doing what your doing bro. I respect what you are doing. I'm also subscribing to your channel.
@@osiriswills6749 appreciate that man 🙏🏼 thank you
You are a true poet.
You're an interesting bloke I hope you get get erything that you want I'd love to live my life Like you I was homeless for ten months I was still working and I was living in a tent but here in UK it rained fairly heavy every day typical UK weather enjoy the journey my friend the creator wants us to experience all the natural beauty of this wonderful earth it's a miracle I can't believe hardly anyone questions the miracle of life
Nice camp. Some people find it advantageous to set up a decoy camp. The idea is that if people are looking for you because they suspect you're in there someplace they might take it down and convince themselves they've gotten rid of you. That's the rationale at least.
Best wishes on your endeavors.
Love this guys energy.
Wow, your voice is so soothing. May Jesus reunite you with your beautiful children and bless you. He loves you SO much ❤
Keep going strong !
Fellow homeless guy here! Love your vid!
I live in Asheville NC and the local river here, the French Broad,is another river that flows from south to north. Just sayin'....
I'm currently experiencing homelessness right now and I have started a small RUclips vlog i hope it goes somewhere like your video stay Strong and ignore the haters right now unfortunately the cops posted eviction notice on my tent so now I got to find a new place to camp stuck in a city so that's kind of hard to find thinking about going Hawthorne or Elko
Nevada? Try to find somewhere close to the city, but off in the urban/desert or forest areas if you can
I was homeless in a tent for 30 years on county parks and open spaces. Never got rousted or had any problems.
