    Also like... even if they "ban" you from buying from the Neca store, you can still get most everything they put out at retail.

    Oh, I wish it was me. After they never sent me my Donatello, I'd laugh in their face and mess them around the same way they did with me. I bet it's a case of not having enough stock for fulfilment, so if not enough people send them back, either they will have to make more, which means making way more than they need due to MOQ or they're going to start cancelling some orders.

    Neca needs to look into their shipping department to make sure their workers aren’t indulging on the devil’s lettuce while shipping out product, because this is happening often. When the cartoon turtles first came out it was a SDCC exclusive box set that came in an old school style vinyl case. Sadly mine came with a crushed case and some of the figures had really bad paint jobs… Well to my surprise they sent me another one by mistake. I was very close to keeping the second one for the simple fact that Neca made the mistake and how can they really prove that I received the package. They ended up sending me an email about their mistake, so I felt compelled to doing the right thing and sending it back, because I was afraid they would charge my credit card. Ultimately, I swapped out the figures with messed up paint jobs and also kept the vinyl case that wasn’t crushed, and sent back the rest of the stuff. Thanks Neca!

    Yeah, they reached out about an angry email I sent them of my SDCC “first turtles” (2 sets) that came banged up. Never heard from them ever again. Karmas a bitch, and she’s a toy collector.

    1. Threat your customers that ordered a high priced item
    2. Threaten the customer PERIOD … what is WRONG with NECA ??
    3. The PR dept is incompetent … you have to incentivize in a very nice way people to return something that they probably are under no legal operation to do so

    Neca needs a new tv series named: Game of Toys lol. They will receive Labs that are opened then re-ship to customers who paid, who will open them and see damage, missing pieces, etc. They are creating an even bigger issue. Also, people will probably send them back with no shipping box...I can't wait for updates lol.

    It makes sense as the quickest way to get the issue resolved. But it is disheartening to see people be dicks about it instead of trying to help those that didn't get them out. Yeah, NECA fucked up here, and I agree they should just do another run, but...that does take months of production and if this got people their stuff faster, that's probably preferred for many. That's my take anyway.

    A while back I had emailed them that they never sent me my TMNT 2 pack movie foot clan and movie shredder and Splinter. They sent me a check for my money back and then 2 weeks later I got the packages. I was stoked. Got them for free.

    I paid for a Donatello Lab, have not received it, and NECA claims that I have to contact USPS and Canada Post. When I contact them, they say that NECA as the shipper has to launch an investigation into the missing shipment. When I informed NECA of USPS and Canada Post's response, NECA stopped replying to my e-mails.

    We don't need Neca to buy from. Scalpers now are reduced, to selling most Neca products for under retail. They've been reduced to selling certain dual packs for under $100.00. they used to price, the dual packs anywhere from $150.00-$300.00.

    After watching this, I'm trying to think if I own anything from NECA. I don't think I do. I remember back when NECA first started I saw reports that their figures were fragile & snapped easily like McFarlane Toys. So even though I wanted their Aliens & Predator figures I avoided them.

    They shouldn’t have a punishment. I get wanting to make sure everyone gets a lab, but Neca is the one that messed up. Plus this has been floating over Facebook groups for a month or maybe even more and they are just now addressing the problem? I tried emailing them about my SDCC two pack, but I never got a response. Luckily it came in eventually. The right thing to do was to report it to costumer service, but I can’t blame someone for selling it or opening if they didn’t get a response for over a month. At least they didn’t try charging people double, but they probably only passed on it because it’s illegal.

    NECA when you buy from Target and it snaps out of the box "Go back to Target... Ohh Target told you kick rocks? Bye." Now they expect grace and customer service from those that they probably burned elsewhere. I mean all those people that bought the expensive first one this is probably the only way they broke even.
    What about people who may have like gotten one and either done a giveaway of it or donated it to toys for tots... (I dont know anyone who did but im sure there has to be at least one...)

    I remember when I said NECA could be feeling some financial strain over this mistake and people laughed at me, claimed NECA is printing money and they can take the hit. I think this proves me right. You don't potentially piss off your customer base just because.
