I’m always intrigued when I go back and watch these bits, especially when I missed something the first time. Caleb’s look and hesitation at 0:44-0:46 in response to Castle calling him a noble defender is foreshadowing his LokSat involvement.
one of my favorite episode. They played well in this scene. every time i watch this TV show I find something new! Thank you Stana, Nathan and all the cast and Crew for creating such an amazing series , miss you guys. P.S. The end was terrible
I'm 100% sure this would never go down like this in real life, they basically turned a case into another and forgot the defendant completely when they started interrogating someone else who wasn't even on the stand.
I love the show but this is so stupid. you can't solve a murder right in the court room right in front of the jury. I know it's just a show but they don't do this in regular law shows
Depends on what you call "regular" law shows. This concept is straight out of a classic TV series you may have heard of called Perry Mason, (created by an actual lawyer) and copied so well by shows that came later (like Matlock). Remember its a TV show.
I liked it! It was funny how they just stopped remembering they were in court and Castle and Beckett just started to interrogate the guy like a knee jerk reflex
Nope. It was someone even I was surprised to know. Watch the show until the end and you will understand. If you still think that after watching the ending, let me know and I will explain. I did the math.

I love how Beckett was up and ready to go. She knew her man was gonna figure this out

Stana looks so good i can’t handle her perfection
Always love it when the killers get exposed in public. It ads that extra tinge of public humiliation that makes their downfall even more satisfying.

I'd love to see a LegalEagle review about this awesome episode
Same!
What's legal in this episode? Is this how real courtrooms work?

The bailiff will tackle the lot of them!
*Justice itself may sometimes have bad timing and take longer than it should to happen. However, it DOES eventually happen one way or another.*
Phoenix Wright misses his hair
Brilliant scene
Not really the affair part was cringe
Miss castle
great episode
Who didn't see that coming eh?
I love the show but this is so stupid. you can't solve a murder right in the court room right in front of the jury. I know it's just a show but they don't do this in regular law shows
Half true; me and you both prolly cannot but hypothetically somebody like Castle and Beckett could

They don't, but that's what makes this scene so funny. All of a sudden they're shaking down the suspect like a film noir
Wow!
The blonde that was on trial, was that Megan Boone from the Blacklist?
No
Lisa Dykes you’re right. It’s not. Her name is Clare Grant. I just looked it up. But in my defence, she does look like Megan Boone.
The affair part was cringy
I loved this show but this scene was stupid lol...
Because of how unrealistic it is?
I liked it! It was funny how they just stopped remembering they were in court and Castle and Beckett just started to interrogate the guy like a knee jerk reflex
Perry Mason moment.
Im with the husband on this one

Lawyer Caleb Brown it is Loksat
Nope. It was someone even I was surprised to know. Watch the show until the end and you will understand. If you still think that after watching the ending, let me know and I will explain. I did the math.
Mahesh C Achuthanna could you please explain me?
The prosecutor is terrible. It's like he really can't do his job 🙄
cool
