The dogs in the demos are always so calm and well behaved. I want to see a demo with a fragile, elderly tiny dog that turns into a whirling, biting maniac when it sees a pair of clippers. Try using those tiny clippers with a pair of thick anti-bite gloves on, buster.
I have to wrap my chihuahua up like a burrito in her blanket and wear oven mitts cuz she turns into a little monster when the clippers come out. LOL. I've never cut her nails too short or anything so I don't know why she gets so crazy! Haha

Thanks for this very informative video! Our humans have helped us trim the hair of our paws for the past 9 years. They first learnt how to do it by watching RUclips videos. However, none of the videos which they’ve watched are as clear as this one! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Perfect video. I've been watching other videos where clippers and regular scissors were used. I tried clippers but the ones I had weren't sharp enough, too loud, and I afraid to give razor rash if I move blade too close. These blunt edge scissors look perfect for the job. I knew they existed but never got the light bulb moment of them being a viable option. Going to place my order today.
Thank you so much for this, I've been losing my mind for the last 3 minutes because it sounded so damn familiar but I couldn't remember what the hell it was.
This is my first time enjoying your RUclips channel. Great work! I’m looking forward to more great content from you. Thank you so much for this informative video! I got so much out of it.
If you start real early when a dog is a pup they eventually get used to it. My long-haired dachshund let's me to put her on her back on a soft pillow while I cut her hair and cut the nails. When she was a puppy I had to take her to the vet for nail clippings because she was not allowing me to do this. With time the dog gets used to you doing it and trust you as long as you are calm and tell your dog it's okay. Hope this helps👍
My husband and I had a professional groomer take care of our beloved Golden Retriever who is gone now. We tried giving him a bath, but we just couldn’t get down to his skin and all that hair going down our already bad drains. She would do his nails to. When we would go pick him up, she always left the hair she combed out. It was a lot, better a professional. He was stunning after his bath. We could never do what she did. I should have added that she charged $25 in the beginning, and slowly she raised it to $40. That was a 13 year time span. Worth every penny.
Amazon carries a brand of dog shampoo known as Isle of Dogs tearless puppy shampoo. I asked my new groomer to use it on my 9-year old American Bulldog and she liked it so much she switched and will now use nothing else. It smells great ( I mean really really great), doesn't hurt their eyes, and is ph balanced for a dog's skin. A 16-ounce bottle is less than $8 and it will last for several baths; plus you get free shipping if you have Prime. Take a chance and try it, you won't spend another minute looking for anything else!
Hi! Thank you for this informative video 😊 I'm planning on buying the same scissors to save on the dog grooming salon 😅 What type of scissors did you use?
Hi Chelsea 🙋♀️⚘💋 How expensive is A Dog Grooming Salon??😂 I had planned to Use A SALON regularly for TRIMMING & SUMMER SHAVING!🤣😅😂 CAUSE WHEN A DOG⚘ FLINCH & WHIMPPER HES BEEN NIPPED! Amen.😇👌
I recently started working as a groomer and if all your doing is doing paw pads it’s def. something that can be done at home. Using a #10 blade on a clipper you can safely shave the pad paws and using a slicker brush get the hair from between the toes and brush it up and using scissors cut the hair. Just keeping in mind that the clippers can get HOT so keep checking the temp.

Hehe cute, so satisfying to watch and so relaxing.
i find it so funny how the background is the “buy me some peanuts and crackerjacks” song from baseball games😂
Only song that he won’t get copyrighted 🤦♂️ 😂

My dogs cost 80 CAD$ apiece, fur babies are worth it!
very good thank you. Just going to order those scissors
Adorable!
Great video
Wish my dog was so well behaved.
What affordable neutral shampoo would you recommend, I've spent ages looking for something.

Trim the paws? Listen to yourself!
Maybe fur from the paws!
Fur is part of the paw anatomy.
'Trim the paws' still makes sense.
Jazz is TOO LOUD,
Pls leave it to professionals
Petty sure they are professionals
Queen Mal people groom their puppies and dogs at home all the time with no problems. i personally do not live near a good groomer
Some folks can't afford a pro. They certainly do earn every penny! For those who can't tho these videos are very helpful.

Uh why would you pay money for something that can easily be done at home..
