BREAD MAKER DELICIOUS CURRY FILLING BREAD MOST REQUESTED BY FAMILY (PerySmith/West Bend Bread Maker)

  • Always I'm asking myself what to have with my bread, not with this bread because it's a meal by itself. Bring this bread to your work place and it's sure make everyone is jealous, they don't have red bread maker!! This bread make a lovely meal on the go or late night craving.
    Below the recipes for both 1 and 2 paddles bread maker, for 1 bread maker pan you can choose to divide the dough to 4 portions and make it slightly taller.
    For the filling:
    2 tbsp. oil
    1 clove garlic ( crush)
    3 shallots (dice)
    1 potato 1 onion (dice)
    1 cup beef (dice)
    1 cup water
    3/4 tsp salt
    1 tsp sugar
    1/2 cup chopped parsley
    1/2 cup spring onion
    Dough for both 1 & 2 paddle pan:
    1 cup ( 240 ml ) milk
    3 tbsp ( 60 g ) melted butter
    1/3 cup ( 70 g ) sugar
    1/2 tsp salt
    3 1/4 cup ( 420 g ) bread flour
    2 1/4 tsp ( 6 g ) yeast

    1 stəkan (240 ml) süd
    3 xörək qaşığı (60 q) ərinmiş kərə yağı
    1/3 fincan (70 g) şəkər
    1/2 çay qaşığı duz
    3 1/4 fincan (420 g) çörək unu
    2 1/4 çay qaşığı (6 g) maya
    Jeg spørger altid mig selv, hvad jeg skal have med mit brød, ikke med dette brød, fordi det er et måltid i sig selv. Bring dette brød til din arbejdsplads, og det er sikkert at gøre alle jaloux, de har ikke rød brød maker !! Dette brød udgør et dejligt måltid på farten eller efterlyst.

    1/2 tsk salt
    3 1/4 kop (420 g) brødmel
    2 1/4 tsk (6 g) gær

    Hi.. I just done making this curry bread.. Really soft and test delicious I replace the beef to chicken and I add some coconut milk to make the curry smell so go and creamy too. Thanks so much. Can't wait to try all you recipes.

    Hellooo, thank u for this recipe! I tried to half the recipe for my 1 paddle zojirushi pan. Is this correct? Or are u suggesting that even for 1 paddle pan I shouldn’t reduce the recipe? Thank u for helping to answer my query!

      You can use both half or full recipe. If you do the full recipe you need to cut dough into 4 portions and you might want to decrease the curry filling. Happy baking and thank you for watching.🥰

    Hi! Do I need to remove the two paddles after I put in the filling and am about to let it rest for 45 mins?
