4:29 I don't quite understand how to do that exercise properly :d, my back doesn't align, my hips are like getting stuck and I can't/don't have the necessary strength to lift my foot and knee at the same time, is there anyone else having this issue or does someone have an advice for it ?

When I do the toe taps I can only lift my leg as high as when doing Fire Hydrants🙈 is this a strength or mobility issue?
