everything sorted but i really want to mention 1 thing, now the range for 2 Bedroom basement in surrey is around 1800--2000. you will be lucky if you find it in 1800 with utilities. i am here since 2 years and i was living in Vancouver but when my husband came here then we moved to Surrey because it was cheap as we got a 2 Bedroom basement for 1500 as we were sharing with another couple. it was a pretty good deal. but now the situation is very different i spent my 1 month to search for a basement i was ok for both 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom but we didnt get any result. everything is so expensive because i cant compromise with utilities. now i am fully in a mindset that i am gonna move to vancouver instead. no matter on the same price because it is a vibe there. otherwise i am so convinced with both of you. you guys are super cute and genuine personality. i really hope i will meet you soon. I personally had a revolving mtg and fixed it when the rate was better a few years ago. so keep an eye out on the rates and once they get a little better fix your mtg to save money. Love u guys

My brother is also founder od sports charge company (EV Charging) in Delhi, India. Currently both are handling by him. His own company and study as well.

Canada has now become very expensive for living and basic salary is not enough for surviving happily. You have to do lot of cost cutting just to meet your expenses. That’s why majority of people here are stressed and in depression.
