What percent does RTS take from that load? Let’s say the load is $1500, how much are they taking before they pay you and it’s deposited in your account?

RTS does have recourse. But I have never had a recourse because I only work with reputable brokers. I don’t understand why this is a problem for people. For example if you worked with a broker that didn’t pay you would be out of the money. So why would you expect the Factoring company not to want their money. Also you’re right you can only have 1 factoring company at a time but I don’t have to factor every load with them. I only factor loads if I want to. If I work with a broker and want to get paid directly from them I can

Don’t believe everything u hear. RTS is not good. Always read the ENTIRE contract. THAT IS THE BEST ADVICE I CAN GIVE U. RTS is not one of the good ones. The advice he gives is what we all know.

Read the contract. It’s NOT the best factoring company. Where we are we only pay 1.5% to the factoring company NOT 5%.

@@donitmyself8935 Unfourtanetly I never got started with the company, but RTS was pretty good. I told them the situation and they were understandable. They do call me once in a while to see if ready to start.

So far it looks like there the least greedy of the industry that I have seen just due to all the benefits and the % There is a clause that state if you sell them under 5k worth of BOL's in a month you % for the next month goes to 3.75 from 2.75. That still isn't bad considering others rates.

Did you get a dyno or oil sample on your truck when purchasing it form select? Freightliner and lynn told me its a waste.

If you can, I absolutely recommend a dyno and an oil sample!! Ofcourse the dealers don't want you to get it because those tests will tell you if something is wrong inside the engine. Dont believe the dealers. I get oil samples on my trucks every other oil change. These tests let you know in advance if your engine is having issues. These tests can save you tons of money and possibly save your business!! Real talk!!
I’m with rts as well. Only thing I don’t like is they lock you in for 1 to 1 1/2 years. And you can’t get out

If you don’t have your own authority you won’t be able to work directly with brokers. So you would have to use the driver’s authority. Setting up a factoring company for drivers with authority should be easy. Email me at friends@imkomos.com I can send you some information to pass along

When the broker has to pay you detention, how you do to add that to the invoice?
2 ways. The easiest way is have the broker send you a new rate confirmation with detention added then send to factoring. The second way is if you factor the original rate confirmation. The broker will usually send the check with your detention money added. When the money is paid to your factoring company they will pay it to you which will usually be 30-90 days later.
Can a trucking company you working for , as a owner operator change a racom on paperwork and put the load on , their own letter head or paperwork .

@@iamkomos It seems like i have to file a law suit , on this matter and some other things , like taking money for liability insurance on my truck that i own , which have my own insurance on my truck for the last three years . which they can't show me a insurance policy on my truck . no telling how many other drivers they are doing this to .i guest i have to make it a class action law suit .
Great video my question is this don't you have like a contract with a 5k termination fee or some type of fee? Not to mention is this a full recourse or non-recourse company? Are you aware that 99.9 percent of broker now have quickpay and not to mention most companies will pay you on average 15 days not 30-60 like they factoring companies want you to think , you should consider eventually not factoring at all and keeping that money for yourself it adds up , factoring companies offer fuel cards but so what you can get a discount fuel card anywhere without signing a contract for factoring, not to mention don't you have a minimum you have to fuel per month ?

I'm looking into getting rid of RTS now.and it's only been about 2 months.I havnt received funds in 3 weeks and have been getting the run around.might as well terminate and wait for shipments for free instead of waiting and having to "ask" them for my money

Just stay on top of renewals and make sure your vehicle is in tip top shape ! If you need to know anything specific let me know brother and I’ll be happy to share .

@@keephiscommandmentsandlive9860 I’m an llc ,but someone was trying to tell me to go scorp to protect my money . So research which one benefits you bc I don’t know the difference besides I was told having an llc would separate my personal money from the business . I have to research why they said that . It wouldn’t hurt to let a company do it for you . If you did it yourself you’d save a couple hundred of course . It’s not hard at all .

Rate confirmation is sent to by the broker you book the load with. It basically just show the Price your agree to run the load for.
