Loved this video! I am bringing my adult special needs son in February 2024 to celebrate his birthday month and he has chosen to stay at Riverside! We’ve stayed at several Disney resorts, but our favorite is still Riverside. Our very first visit to Disney World was in 2008, we stayed at Riverside, so it has such a special place in our hearts. Wifey and I love Riverside. Been going there for years. We always stay in the Princess Suite, Royal Guest Room. All day in the parks ( eating and drinking ) then come back and take the boat down to Disney Springs for dinner and more drinks. We call the boat the free water Uber...
This is exactly why we say this is truly our family favorite. After staying in the Royal room it might be hard to go back to Alligator Bayou buildings lol. Thank you so much for sharing your experiences with us. We hope you have a great rest of the week.

Todd, Although you ran out of time for a rum and coke slushie at the Muddy Rivers Pool Bar - your trip looked relaxing. When we go, we seem to always be on the run, even when we plan for non-park days. Thanks for another great video!
We had a fantastic stay and plans have already been made to make sure we get one of those slushies lol. Ya a lot of travelers seem to say the same thing. We try to always suggest at least 2 if not Two days at your resort. Hope you guys are doing great and hope you had a fantastic weekend..
We loved the beignets at FQ. We were there 2x but only got them once. We like the Sassagoula QS. Loved this video, we got to see what the Riverside rooms looked like. We also like Raglan Road and got to eat there this time. The burger was very good. Loved the Bourbon sauce that was on it. Todd did you like it? The fish is really good there too, all the girls tried it. It was Morgan's favorite dish for the trip. Thank you for sharing. Love seeing you two. Wish we could have caught Mike while we were there. Didn't know he was there. Maybe next time.
Theresa I love that burger at Raglan. I agree this resort has a fantastic quick service. The beignets are fantastic especially when you make a Sunday out of them lol. I agree the fish is fantastic and large enough to share. Hope you guys are doing great and can’t wait to see you next trip.
Still loving all your videos, enjoy traveling around with y’all when I’m not there. (The wife and I go over every other weekend when I’m off work, we are near St. Augustine so a quick 1:30 minute drive.)

@@TravelingAroundDisney hope our paths cross as well. We enjoy relaxing around EPCOT the most. If we are not at the parks, we really enjoy walking around the lake at Celebration and looking around all the fun mom and pop shops they have there. Celebration is just beautiful!
I enjoy your videos and thank you for the full room and resort tour. God willing we are staying here this winter. Question though, I can see they replaced the carpet with new hardwood floors. Does anyone here, or Todd and Michelle, know if all the rooms now have hardwood flooring? Thank you in advance. You and your wife Michelle are adorable.
This is our favorite resort. We love the layout and the boat transportation to Disney Springs. I do believe pretty much all these rooms are hardwood type flooring now. For us, Port Orleans Riverside would be a more relaxed stay. We love so many aspects of this resort, especially the walkway to the French Quarters by the Sassagoula River with all the boats going by. Of course, the beignets are worth the walk alone Thank you both for doing the full resort vlog for all of us, it got us excited for our stay. @@TravelingAroundDisney
