Everyone i know online will tell you im full of energy all the time and very talkative with strangers i meet through discord, but then again i have been told multiple times during irl group stuff that i need to talk more, for example, i went out with a few friends from class a week ago and they told me to speak up a bit cus i wasnt talking much or at all.
