That trade with Toronto so they could acquire Bey was good. If only 2K trade logic can work like that all the time with it being even on both sides lol... Those play-in games were so heartbreaking. They had me on the edge of my seat as you were watching it all unfold. Don't forget to change Bub Carrington's position to a PG. Knowing 2K, he'll be eating SG minutes when you have him playing the 1 so it just makes everything balanced as you're sim-casting to change his primary position. I think it's a great idea to invest Y3 into seeing if he's your franchise PG long term. Hoping we see him take the big leap. Ace will definitely continue to grow too. Hopefully he can crack close to 20ppg since Poole will be coming off the bench.
completely agree, Duren had some way unrealistic money in Free Agency he was asking for, I think he should do around 4 years 95-110 million. I think 95 million is more towards a realistic sweet spot.

It would be so cool if you had a discord where you let your fans create players for the drafts You should use a template something like this: Player Name: Position: Age: Jersey Number: College/Country/Pro Team: Height: Weight: Appearance: Equipment (optional): Strengths (Give 3): Weaknesses (Give 3): Backstory (Optional): If you don't want to make all the players, some fans can make their appearances and you can change their attributes. You don't have to do this, but it's just an idea!

I think you struck gold with Ace Bailey at 4. From all the sims I've done he seems like the best player in that particular draft class. Plus hes effective st the 2,3 or the 4 especially from his 3rd season onwards
Personally, I don't love the vetoing other teams trades when they 'don't make sense', when you could just add new narrative. E.g. Herb Jones for Deni Avdija doesn't make sense right now, but 2 years down the line it looks like Herb is unhappy with his role and has requested a trade.

I’d add some east coast teams to balance it all out or some CPU bs might happen and assign the Wolves or Thunder to the East to rebalance the conferences. There’s enough talent for it for sure, especially in the next season or two assuming the rookies develop.

When you see your opponent coming up with a play to get a shooter open in like the early plays in the play in game against the Raptors, you could switch to Bailey to guard RJ and navigate through the screens manually. The CPU won’t leave Gradey wide open in the corner. Or are you leaving it to make it a bit more interesting?

When a trade approval comes up, u can stop simulation to check stats, records and see if it makes sense
