Just a Random Question if a monster with penetrate destroys a monster with soulguard and counterattack in the center, does the penetrate still inflict damage before being destroyed or is it destroyed by the counterattack before inflicting damage??
If a monster isn’t on the field after the attack is finished counterattack doesn’t resolve. So penetrate will resolve and then the monster will be destroyed by counterattack
