I really enjoyed this movie. It proves when 2 people are truly in love they will find a way to make things work. A couple who was married 63 years said on thing that made their marriage happy & last was when something was broken, they fixed things together & never gave up on each other.
It was a good film that recognises & educates people about PTSD even if you dont know someone in the services. For so many years its gone un-diagnosed even after WW1. With all thats happening in the world today - how many more people are going throw it? It even came up in a re-release of a tv series the other day where service animals were effected too. Amazing scenery & beautiful countryside. DID THE WARDROBE department RUN OUT OF CLOTHES for the lead actress? Short skirts & high heel shoes in the middle of winter - have they not heard of hypothermia?? You're always told to dress for whatever country you're in & take necessary precautions for any kind of weather.
Guess he needed to sleep on it. Glad he changed his mind; Maggie understands him pretty well. Good movie and sincere acting. I say bring back rollerskating and iceskating rinks!!! 🎉
My dear son Guy has PTSD and I know he suffers but he says there are certain strategies that help him I pray for him as I believe in the power of prayer Love you my son with all of my heart.xxx
me too but my second thought is that I run away from experiencing my own feelings and experience other people's, and I have to face them someday anyway, so maybe it's better now?
Friends, I appreciate the movies, scripts, actors, etc., however, the women, no matter what the weather or set location, they always wear high heels, in pastures, snow. I shake my head......so unreal!
Oh man, already bummed she walked into the clinic with high heels on pumps and now she’s in the clinic with boots on and thick heels, and nobody saw that when they were reviewing the movie
lived in alaska for 2 years. it’s a beautiful & harsh climate; and hopefully the movie depicts that ( just started it ). the irony exist , high heels & boots are just not that big of deal , lotsa movies also make “mistakes” due to the sequence of the way film scenes and redos
of course you go to alaska without a coat hat and gloves, cos you are a smart doctor,, oh she had never been to alaska before, but she does look intelligent.
Actually she said she was raised there so, yeah - one of many points of poor writing: how do we get him to give her his coat and be romantic?? This so-called-smart woman also popped bubble wrap in the presence of someone who has PTSD, so..... not very smart at all!
What the frick kind of doctor would go and do bubble wrap in the presence of someone she KNOWS has war-related PTSD! That totally pissed me off IRL in so many ways.
That "doctor's office" really irritated me. It looked more like a jewelry store. No doctor would leave an office in such a mess. Hardly any work happened.
Guys come up with some original story. These kind of stories seem all set up, dramatic meetings, running into each other, returning home. Guys its too repetitive. Come up with some original. Do you think people dont see through your schemes. Come on.
What a get up for Alaska in a snowstorm. Did she miss that lesson in medical school. Lol 😂 😂😂😂😂😂 does not take that long to open a practice. lol 😊ptsd starts from unresolved issues in family of origin and is compounded by life.
@@daniellejarvis157 ??? It comes as an isopathic non-prescription spray and benefits almost always start to be seen within the first 10 days. ... supported by published study with vets.
The series of books about Love Alaska are better; more convincing, and consistent, while this is rather superficially done. and when they closed the front door to the clinic you could see the daylight around the edges of the door, between the door and frame.
@@paulareid3992 I never said I did. I said the door needed renovating very badly. No one up there worth their salt would ever leave a door like that. They'd freeze. I never say any reno done, but then again it really wasn't about the reno itself. Just more about the characters and their past and what the clinic meant to her and the town.

Great movie. PTSD must be so frightening for those who have it. Thanks for posting
It's pretty hard to watch an episode as well.
Wow it is nice to see Sarah. I have watched Jennifer Podemski's films but this is my first opportunity to see her sister Sarah acting.
A lovely way to enjoy a lazy afternoon
..Clean, predictable and rest-inducing😊😊🇿🇦🇿🇦🇿🇦
She has so much patience and understanding, it's exactly what someone with PTSD needs
Yes
She is patient with her patients
and with Finn
Who needs it more than he knows
Once he stopped his martyrish behavior he began to heal
❤
Beautiful story. Love happy ending😂❤❤❤❤
Great movie! Best acting I've seen Victor Z. in!!!
So so relaxing and warms the heart 🥰
Lots of tears of joy
I'm glad I didn't have people around me forcing me to date im very happily single and have a loving family who love me for me

Cold, winter, Alaska, and she wears short skirts??!!!
Hope they had a heater nearby 😅
Don’t forget the high heels in the snow! 😁

Hey, it's like in that one christmas song "High heels in the snoooow... 🎵🎶"
What a get up for Alaska in a snowstorm. Did she miss that lesson in medical school. Lol 😂 😂😂😂😂😂
Great movie ❤
I loved the story
The music was loud....overwhelming. But was a great film anyhow!!
Cute movie, but ribbons on his uniform are incorrect. It saddens me as a veteran that the producers didn't do their homework.
Thank you! She is wearing a jacket, pants, boots! Well done indeed.
Question when she went into the clinic didn't she have high heels on? Later she has boots on, just asking
Friends, I appreciate the movies, scripts, actors, etc., however, the women, no matter what the weather or set location, they always wear high heels, in pastures, snow. I shake my head......so unreal!
So true! Who wears high heels in this kind of weather?!
Short skirts.
Short skirts.
Short skirts.
Short dress and heels in the snow😟

Good movie. ❤
30:01 This movie deserves an Oscar. Period.
Oh man, already bummed she walked into the clinic with high heels on pumps and now she’s in the clinic with boots on and thick heels, and nobody saw that when they were reviewing the movie
Fantastico movie ❤❤❤❤
She went to the clinic wearing high heels and in the next scene she is wearing boots...!!!???
In Alaska people wear Sorrels & Carharts to church, to the Performing Arts Center - anywhere. Men do not dress nice like the ones in this movie.

Nice movie
Where did they film it?
Very good movie, Mini skirts and high heels and no hats in snowy Alaska. Interesting. Can't imagine that in the northeast. We must be wimps. lol
lol Yeah I noticed her heels. Not a good idea on snow and ice. I lived in AK for 10 years.
Born and raised in Buffalo NY and there's no way I'm going outside in winter in skirts and heels lol. I found that a little ridiculous in this movie.
Could some please give me the titles of the songs in this movie
'Walk With Me ', Tyler Hache
is on Spotify 😊

Great movie
Good to see one about military and PTSS
USE to be called by the other name... 1:34:11
Quite unreal wearing a short summer dress and high heels in snow and winter??.. lordy be
Something everyone needs…all over the world LOVE ♥️😡
The clinic looks like a boutique, need better outfits too, no silly heels or thin dresses. Yikes.
Who sings the song during ice skating and at the end?
good actors, good subject matter, good movie - I prefer these movies to hollyweird movie fare
Way too many advertisements thus constantly interrupting the movie.
of course you go to alaska without a coat hat and gloves, cos you are a smart doctor,, oh she had never been to alaska before, but she does look intelligent.
Education does not make you smart😂

What's with the short skirts in cold Alaska? Silly!
So disappointed in the wardrobe department, geez… best part was when they were ice-skating
😂 lessons to learn 🙏🏾
Loved her in dance me outside
Alaska is colder than short dresses and high heels though.
How cold is Alaska, 6 months , 7 or 8 months out of the year, I guess if you live there, it won't be too bad.
Anyone knows what the title of the song played at the end?
Walk With Me by Tyler Hache. The song is on Spotify.
Nice to see a native woman in lead role

Too many commercials! 😡
For PTSD increase the BDNF, growth hormone and oxytocin signaling .... deficiencies underlie the symptoms.
and don't wrinkle bubble wrap around them, UGH.

Dopey & soapy
Gees what a complete boredom. The actors and actresses practically falling asleep while _failing_ to act this *sleeping pill* of a _"script"._
The actress is pretty under average, her acting , her looks etc… plus the whole story is out dated and quite unconvincing .
She’s an attractive woman and a solid actor. She’s real, not a bottle blonde.
