You have a point, we all have different tastes. I personally love this, feels authentic-ish, you know. I can understand the sentiments on behalf of both the changes and the inability to please everyone with the new remix.

I quit last year (2020) once it became apparent that the game became stagnant with AFK quests and Gachas. And all the Divine Knights generations.
It's actually a bit more alive if you look a bit more at it... I thought the same before I started playing again. And it still seems to have a good amount of life in it compared to some other games I've played and then returned to in later years.
Back in my day, Klondor and TF1 were two of Mari Server's best skilled Duelists Giants. (i was of course, Klondor),TF1 taught me all that there was to know about colliding, interrupting, comboing and what not. It was a deadly game of chess that we excelled in, but with people running around doing tens of thousands of damage, even in a 5% duel you still see hundreds of damage done on a non crit, it's all gear now...
It's still going but last I saw, there wasn't a lot of players on it. Many of us moved on to other games (ie; Final Fantasy XIV), or we dropped MMOs entirely.

im just a casual player~ and they added a buttload of content. its still fun for me... too bad for you dude, your missing out on a lot of stuff. oh well good luck on SWTOR
Now I just need a anti material rifle with high density hillwen alloy cartridges , 90 energy amplifiers and concentrated shyllien crystal tips with a manapot capsule behind the bullet tip that only breaks on impact but not on firing = exploding anti dragon bullets XD MWAHAHAHAHA
I was really big into PvP and EvG on my giant, just because i enjoyed the challenge of playing against someone. but it all boils down to who has the better upgrades now, its no longer like a skilled game of chess with the different skills' loading times. Its all twich now :\ (not to mention people on my server became even bigger E-Peen weeaboos because of it, so i felt it wasnt fun any longer. period.
not really sure their are some op stuff like beams(not really anymore) and smiley knuckles(the new and stronger beam sword in knuckle form) but still gear is not really all that great i beat people with step 3 red ups just using about 90 base luck not that bad

Kinda funny seeing people a decade crying that mabi was dead only for it to be still going strong to this day.
