The problem with northeast is service and connectivity sure we can go once and buy a bike but we can’t travel every 6 months with our bikes to service and if god forbid any bad happens with our bikes , replacing and servicing is another headache … if service and reachability is fixed then Kawasaki sales will skyrocket! ❤

Shashank Bro. Parile service tu olop bhal koribo sesta koribo. Mur bike khonor kiba eta problem hoi ase. Showroom call korile koi service engineer nie, evening call koribo etc etc. Tar pisot jen hihoti call koribo pahorie jie. Akha koru apuni ahar pisot service tu bhal are fast hobo.
Service side tu moi sabo time e puwa nai bro, mainly sales sau. Laheke service tuwo sam in a few weeks time

Do we now get test rides as well. The last time I visited, the Sales Rep told me that I have to book first then when bike arrives, can test ride. But how can anyone book without knowing if the bike suits the rider or not
Test rides are not resolved yet as there’s a lot of shortage from the company’s end. Just the ninja 300 is available as test ride but in the future that should be solved as well
