Asad this is brilliant. I hope youngsters take out time to watch this. We are a society that lives in comfort zone and unless we decide to take a leap things will remain the same. Other thing that might change us is heightened chaos. The current level of chaos is not sufficient to make us think differently.

Brilliant. Sir Asad Ali Shah rightly presented valuable insights into several fundamental issues facing Pakistan. Astutely highlighted that the lack of quality education is a core problem that hampers national progress. Additionally, the inconsistency within the political system were effectively identified as key obstacles to development. The emphasis on the reluctance to take entrepreneurial risks, coupled with an over-reliance on interest rates for earnings further underscores the stagnation in Pakistan’s economic landscape.
Very rightly pointed out the inefficiencies in public policies and the prevailing culture of job-seeking, which detracts from the promotion of entrepreneurial skills. Moreover, the negative impact of the NOC culture, excessive government interference, and high taxation on businesses were highlighted as significant deterrents to economic growth. These observations provide a comprehensive understanding of the challenges faced by the country and offer a crucial starting point for meaningful reforms.

What a brilliant ideas shared by Asad Ali Shah here. Worth listening and need to follow most of his applicable innovative ideas. Shah sahab shared very frankly the issues with governance, policy making and sustainability. We are lacking risk taking, most of us here look for jobs instead doing business. Unfortunate corruption in the system and complacent nation. Progress is still possible with 1) Big vision,2) Risk taking and 3) Courage. Need some crazy individual who can change our world. Great exchange of views sir.
