The linkage program is a free health program that focuses on connecting adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities to healthcare services and resources in their community. The goal of the program is to support adults with IDD to meet their health and wellness goals! People who complete the program can receive up to a $40 in Amazon.com e-gift cards, as a thank you for being in the program.
