VARADERO CLUTGH INSTALLATION

Clean off any gasket material from the right crankcase cover surface.
Be careful not to damage the crankcase cover mating surface when servicing.
When removing or servicing the clutch, use care not to allow the dust or dirt to enter the engine.
Transmission oil viscosity and level have an effect on clutch disengagement. When the clutch does not disengage or the motorcycle creeps with clutch disengaged, inspect the transmission oil level before servicing the clutch system.

is there any physical difference between the clutch plates that have different part number, or are they identical, just different part number? same for the friction plates, are they identical in appearance?

Dimitri nice job!
I am also planing for full clutch replacement.
I mean springs, friction disks and steel plates.
My question is if you know anything about the EBC clutch set.
Or it's for sure,beater use the genuine part's.
I have found this EBC set for 118 Euros and includes,gasket,springs and friction disks.
It looks fine and in good price.
Anyone else has knowledge for this mater please advise me.

Only thing you are better of soaking clutch plates in oil for 8 hours before fitting
