- The Monster Truck Safari Tour is a fun adventure you can take with your family just outside of Orlando. Are you looking for unique things to do with your family besides theme parks? Then you should definitely check out the Showcase of Citrus.
The Showcase of Citrus is a 2,500 estate with a ton of family friendly attractions such as gem mining, citrus grove, animal farm, country store.. and of course the MONSTER TRUCK SAFARI TOUR! The entire estate has a lot of old Florida charm, and is a great place to get away for the day. Plus, you'll be supporting a local family business!

I'm going to the Orlando area and I'm dying for some oranges , not sure what kind it's called but it's a darker color inside and it's sweet . Where do I find those lol I'm from Missouri I'm like dang we are going when oranges arnt in season I hope I can find some at least lol
Hi Martha! ☺️ There are Valencia oranges that ripen around this time of year...but the one I think you’re talking about is maybe the red navel orange...which you can pick up that the showcase of citrus...but it looks like they are more of a fall/winter orange. When will you be in Orlando?

You must be so excited!! 😁 Yeah..then, it will be Valencia orange season. They’re not as sweet as the red navels but, they’re still one of the classic Florida oranges. June is usually the start of our faithful afternoon showers (around 3 pm). Don’t forget to pack a few ponchos just in case! 😉
