I’m BEGGING y’all to react to their Queendom performance of “I Miss You.” You think you’re good with a 2 min clip? Nah, there’s MORE - it’s full of runs, belts and falsettos and you’ll either be left speechless or crying at the end. Or both.
This was especially incredible because for this round, all other groups were trying to have something that stood out with top notch production and stages and they were all amazing! However, Mamamoo shocked everyone when they literally stripped everything back and just stood there and sang, no MR but just raw vocals. They changed some of the lyrics of this song to dedicate it to Moomoos and they said they couldn’t look them in the eyes or else they’d start crying like.... Mamamoo is that group

Most of the adlibs are in the album versions of these songs but the instrumentals make them less noticeable.
since u guys mentioned hwasa was the "jazzy" voice I would really recommend her cover of orange coloured sky or maybe fly me too the moon... honestly her voice just does wonders it's so healing.

If you like the more R&B stuff, definitely check out their b-sides. They usually release poppier singles, but their bsides are so interesting, whether it’s r&b, jazz, or just experimental- plus what they can do with their vocals alone and in harmonies increases the quality of every single song they touch. Not to mention moonbyul is one of the best, if not the best, female rapper of 3rd gen kpop (also a very gifted singer as well- that deep voice don’t play) who writes all of her verses- so rare to find in kpop.

Facts about this vid: They were very nervous, Solar said she felt insecure about doing some of the high notes since it had been a while, she didn’t even remember the way she acted in this video . This was an one take so no pauses or retries, Hwasa had a cold, and she was very busy with other projects. Also her grandma died around this time so idk how she pulled everything together without even telling that to moomoo’s so they wouldn’t worry about her during promotion :(
