A r1200gs is a good bike for enduroriding. I did it last weekend in an enduropark in Germany with TKC80. It was hard , but it made great fun and the eyes off the other riders became bigger and bigger .
I cut my lip just like this guy, doing the same thing with my 1200GSA. Other day, a guy cut his nose... We learned that if you want to do some offroad with the 1200GSA take the windshield off, or put something smaller. Trust me on this... you will save money from a cracked windshield support and ER stitches are quite expensive also!!! Cheers!

@swingercool Yes, ok. The film shows the GS in difficult terrain. I did not test it out - and i will not do. Also if you CAN do a lot of more than people mean... I think the BMW is not made for this - and its the maximum for the material. I am sure you have a big risk to damage the bike. The clutch is even in usual use not very strong... What is with the engine? It becomes not too hot?

Hot clutch is definitely something you don't want to smell on these bikes lol! You have to split the whole bike in half to do the clutch.

Let's see a Rokon go 500 miles on a highway and then you might have a point.
