COMMENT WHO I SHOULD SCULPT NEXT! Psyclown 6.66 [SCULPT CHALLENGE 24]

Note: This is not a sculpt challenge, but a design I did myself. This one's called Psyclown 6.66, a character which I've created back in 2006 but pretty much died in 2015.
