The story points estimation method is really cool! I’m excited to try planning poker with my team now. Thanks for the tips!

I’m enjoying this so much!! I’ve learned the methodology using Jira on 2023, just by myself and as Head of People.
TI was using this methodology first, of course.
My goal was to learn it as an early user in the company, so I would be able to help other teams in the digital transformation, since it is also a cultural change. 👾
Nowadays, I’m developing a digital start-up related to HR and project management. We are 2 co-founders. Do you think that using this methodology worth it in this scenario?
In your opinion, would an HR agile certificate be necessary to keep sharing this to other HR teams?
    Thanks so much!

Hi Kote, thanks for sharing your journey.
Hi Kote, thanks for sharing your journey! It's great to hear that you are learning Agile and are using it to drive digital transformation within HR! Agile can be a great tool for startups, particularly by fostering alignment and transparency between co-founders. Consider having regular “Founders Daily” and dedicated sprint planning sessions to keep everything on track.
As for the HR Agile certification, while it’s not essential, I’d recommend it if you’re aiming to become a coach or consultant. If your primary goal is to apply agility within your own company, a certification isn’t a must.
Best of luck with your startup! Feel free to reach out anytime. I’d be happy to support you with a free 1:1 session on agility if that would be helpful.
