Hi! Thanks for watching. Not sure what you mean by theme. The interior is certainly in a more modern style, but the outdoor areas are very much a little eccentric/Indonesian themed. Very recognizable Bill Bensley style. I found out from the Executive Butler that the hotel used to be the Regent and then the Four Seasons until the new one opened. Such an interesting history! Sorry- I'm rambling now... :)
agreed. its the type of room design one would expect from a Westin or Hilton but not the old world grandeur that is signature to the St Regis brand. The lobby and facilities look great tho. The ones in Bangkok and Singapore tho older, make you feel that you are in a St Regis property for sure
Yeah... it's very classic luxury but for an Asian hotel brand I think the bathroom left much to be desired. Nothing in particular was wrong, just nothing screamed anything special if you know what I mean.
Yeah great to have a balcony and taste that great Jakarta smog.
Yeah I gotta admit I used it for a total of maybe 20 minutes 😆
@@GlennTedja Ha. Good video also. Thanks for showing.
@@GlennTedja was the room quiet? I can see lrt/mrt rail from your room
@@nelsonpratama8060 Yes perfectly quiet! No noise whatsoever from any trains :)
It's a great hotel. Two thumb up for this hotel my friend
I agree! One of the best in Indonesia! Thanks for watching :)
very nice hotel, what is the theme of the hotel?

wat was the price
hi William! I paid around $400 US dollars per night, although I paid about $15 more a night for a 400k IDR/night property credit. Thanks for watching!
great video but something about the room design seems underwhelming, sadly.

I think the highlight of this hotel is the service, breakfast experience, and pool area. The pool area is the best in all of Jakarta in my opinion.
Mntap sayah pernah ikut mmbangun st regis jkt
Thank you for your work! It’s an amazing place!
@@GlennTedja ok
This is just the old renovated Four Seasons. The bathroom is very disappointing. No toto toilet, no TV and no telephone.
Honestly, the room is definitely the weakest point of the hotel. The service and breakfast more than make up for it though.
@@GlennTedja I must admit the pool is gorgeous. One of the most beautiful in Jakarta.
