Tips from ghost pepper survival:
1. Get a milk not water.
2. Get a very cold ice cream which will cool down your mouth.
3. Try not to talk while your chewing the ghost Pepper idk if it works but just try it.
4. Don't eat many ghost pepper the limit of the ghost pepper is 5 but if u past out to 6 there's a possibility that u may die or pass out or faint or ur Brian and heart also ur organs may get hurt sometimes ppl gets sick by this and of course u will get a stomach ache. Ty

You know whats even worse...After eating a spicy wing and you dont notice u had hot sauce on your arm and then u rub your eye and the hot sauce goes in your eye and then u go outside when its super hot and sunny and your eye starts to burn and u start crying..and it lasts for like 3 minutes ...yeah umm that wasnt a great day i thought i was gonna die
