No kidding! I use a blend that also has Chaga and Lions Mane mushroom in it. You can't taste the mushrooms but you get a lot of health benefits from them.
Coffee grounds will be suspended in water when made the old way without any filtering measure. Any residue in the pot is just coffee... Flavor for the future! Do not wash it out, leave that residue in the pot by all means. Less work & more flavor and I'm all about less work. lol
@@learnlostskillsisnt tht bad? also I mean in the mason jar when I store it then go to heat it up, at bottom of mason jar there will be thick residue on the bottom of mason jar
@@redsresearch I'd definitely clean those. It's an old thing to never wash an old sy coffee pot unless needed because it truly does build up labor. The heat of boiling water will kill off anything but that's a very unlikely thing to happen. ( Store the pot upside down to drain any residual liquid)
